Using a developmental approach in conjunction with The Four Ethical Lenses™ and The Baird Decision Model™, EthicsGame has transformed ethics education to cultivate ethical awareness, diversity and maturity. Since its launch in 2005, its learning tools have been used by more than 200 universities world-wide, reaching 10,000 learners per month. The EthicsGame products are based on Baird’s pioneering work in business ethics conducted during her 23 years as a Professor of Business at Regis University, Denver, Colorado. At Regis, Baird developed a web-based ethics program based on a unique method of teaching ethics based on The Four Ethical Lenses™ and the Baird Decision Model™. Baird consults in ethics and organizational culture with a unique approach to ethics education resulting in national recognition. Baird’s pioneering approach to ethics education was featured in the January/ February 2013 BizEd Magazine. The Academy of Legal Studies in Business recognized Baird with the 2012 Virginia Maurer “Best Ethics Paper” Award. Baird received her BA in English and MA in Humanities from Pacific Lutheran University and completed her Juris Doctorate at the University of Puget Sound (now Seattle University) School of Law. In
