Challenges & Constraints
Funding: Inadequate and Untimely Release
Paucity of fund in the ADPs which affected conduct of MTRMs, Diagnostic Surveys, Training Workshops and other REFILS Activities
Serious skill-gap among the present crop of ADP technical and extension staff.
Poor access to Vehicle
