Operations: Resources
Resources
• Staff: Dedicated service oriented team to schedule meetings, prepare documents, field messages, assist with logistics, and handle membership needs.
• Space: Office and conference space in convenient NYC and Westchester locations on an as needed and available basis, for CCT related business.
• Website: Professional profile, exposure for business development, information on upcoming events, and networking with other Experts.
• Membership: Twice yearly business development events, executive development, proprietary e-mail, business cards, and professional headshot.
Working Together
• Contact Information: Keep CCT Staff informed of all updates to resume, headshot, biography and contact information, including e-mail, phone and mailing address.
• Work Product: Experts act as independent contractors for CCT and will transmit all completed work for formatting and client preparation on a timely basis.
• Billing: Provide notification of all project/client hours worked no later than 30 days after completing the work. CCT handles all contracting and billing of clients.
• Service and Security: Inform CCT Staff immediately should you encounter any challenges in working with a client or another Expert, or experience inappropriate and unethical behavior, including harassment, bullying or intimidation.
• Ideas: Contact the Office directly with suggestions, questions or requests for resources and support.

Finance and Governance
Finance
• Fees and Expenses: All Expert fees and expenses will be promptly paid in 30 days or less after receiving all supporting information and documentation. Fee schedules are subject to change.
• Insurance: CCT carries $3 million of coverage, each, for general commercial liability, as well as errors and omissions.
Governance
• Code of Conduct: All CCT Experts must annually complete compliance training, as well as read and execute the Code of Conduct.
• Non-Disclosure: A non-disclosure agreement must be executed as a part of the initial registration process. Any actual, anticipated, or perceived conflicts must be promptly disclosed to CCT, in writing.
• Consulting Agreement: A consulting agreement must be executed as a part of the initial registration and annual renewal process.
• Tax Documents: All required documents such as W-9 and I-9 must be completed and on-file before commencing any work on behalf of CCT.

• Diversity: The strength of the ExpertTerre™ lies in its diversity. Our platform and its network are in demand by businesses, organization and individuals who are changing and growing.
• Marketing: CCT’s marketing and sales campaigns target and develop business prospects who seek the expertise of the ExpertTerre™.
• Matching: We carefully match Experts with Clients based upon experience, education, style, temperament, and most of all the needs of the Client. When more than one Expert matches an assignment, we
reach out to several Experts to determine interest, availability and suitability.
Once there is a match, the Expert will receive a Statement of Work to validate the terms of the assignment.
• Statement of Work: When the Statement of Work is agreed upon and signed, it becomes a part of the contract with CCT. It will include the time frame, nature of work, and fees.
• Customer Service: CCT handles all client relations. The assignment and contract with the Client are negotiated directly with CCT. Should there be need for a change or additional support, CCT will intermediate with the Client and Expert to assure smooth and satisfactory outcomes.
