LIST OF WORKS

Please list all proposed works, with title, size, media and price ranges of pieces.

Images

• Format: .jpeg;

• Resolution: 72 dpi;

• Image size: 1000 pixels wide;

• File size should not exceed 1 MB;

• All images should be numbered and include the artist’s name; Each email must not exceed 8MB.

• Image file names must reflect the following format: Artist/GalleryName_Title_Year.jpg

DEPOSIT

A GBP £ 100 refundable deposit is required and no applications will be processed without a deposit.

Marketing materials

The Catalogue, the Fair map and signage. Each Exhibitor is given a standard listing in the ARTROOMS 2015 printed Catalogue. 20,000 copies of the publication will be distributed across London at all our Partners venues and at our other galleries across the city.

ARTROOMS.ORG. Exhibitors are given a dedicated page on our website (Artist profile)plus 12 images on our online catalogue

The newsletter and Social Media platforms. Monthly we send out our newsletter to over 30,000 subscribers

This Application/Agreement (the Agreement), when countersigned by both parties, becomes a binding agreement regarding participation in the International Contemporary Art Fair known as ARTROOMS 2015, Artrooms Fair Ltd. All submitted works must be approved by Artrooms Fair Ltd before show participation is finalized as confirmed by the Committee Acceptance Letter to be signed by Exhibitor and Artrooms Fair Ltd.

Please submit a refundable deposit of GBP £ 100 with this application for an exhibition space within Artrooms Fair Ltd. No applications will be accepted without a deposit. If accepted, your deposit will be applied towards your exhibition space fee.

BACS PAYMENTS: For banking instructions, please contact Artrooms Fair ltd at art@art-rooms.org.

Please include a GBP £15 wire transfer fee and any bank charges that Artrooms Fair Ltd may incur from exhibitor’s bank (International payments only)

Please include your name and ARTROOMS 2015 to ensure proper credit. Artrooms Fair Ltd will not be responsible to cover bank fees from exhibitor’s banking institution. Please review your fee schedule with your bank before wiring your deposit.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS: Artrooms Fair Ltd accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. A 3% fee will be added to your payment if payment with a credit card. Please fill out all items under the credit card information section below.

No space will be reserved without receipt by Artrooms Fair Ltd of the required deposit. If Artrooms Fair Ltd is unable to accept your application, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, less £ 50 processing fee, 30 days after written notification that exhibitor is not accepted to ARTROOMS 2015
