EinleitungDiese Dokument soll gelesen und in allen Teilen verstanden, bevor mit der Installation des Sensors begonnen wird. Der Namur-Induktivsen-sor der »Ex IS M…b …ABBAB N 1GD …-Baureihe« ist geeignet zur An-wendung in gas- und staubexplosionsgefährdeten Bereichen. Alle Sensoren dieser Baureihe besitzen ein Zertifikat der EG-Baumuster-prüfung Nr. IMQ 13 ATEX xxx und ein IECEx-Konformitäts-Zertifikat Nr. IECEx IMQ 13 NNNN herausgegeben von der authorisierten Prüf-stelle IMQ spa.

Montage und AnschlussDer Sensor darf nur von authorisiertem Fachpersonal installiert, an-geschlossen und aktivieret werden. Das Personal muss mit den Zünd-schutzmaßnahmen, den Fertigungsrichtlinien und den Explosions-schutzrichtlinien vertraut sein. Der Anwender ist eigenverantwortlich für die Auswahl und den Einsatz des Sensors für seinen bestim-mungsgemäßen Gebrauch. Es muss sichergestellt werden, dass die Klassifizierung des Sensors für die Anwendung geeignet ist (siehe »ATEX/IECEx Kennzeichnung« aus Absatz 2 und Kennzeichnung auf dem Sensor). Folgende Anforderungen müssen bei der Installation be-achtet werden:

- Den Sensor nur an zugehörige Geräte anschließen, abgedeckt durch die EG-Baumusterprüfbescheinigung (nach EN 60079-0, EN 60079-11 und EN 60079-26) und/oder das IECEx-Konformitätszertifikat (CoC) (nach IEC 60079-0, IEC 60079-11 und IEC 60079-26) mit den folgenden Parameterwerten: Uo < 17 V Io < 17 mA P <= 73 mW Lo > 175 µH Co > 0,25 µF Die Werte beziehen sich auf Werte mit vergossener Anschlussleitung von max. 20 m Länge.

- Der Betriebstemperaturbereich ist: -25 °C / +60 °C

InstallationshinweiseDie folgenden Installationhinweise müssen immer beachtet werden- Befolgen der relevanten nationalen Bestimmungen und Richtlinien. - Vermeidung elektrostatischer Aufladung auf Kunststoffteilen und An-

schlussleitungen. - Schutz vor Beschädigung des Gerätes und der Anschlussleitung.- Die relevanten Installationsvorschriften müssen berücksichtigt wer-

den. - Die metallischen Teile müssen geerdet werden.- Montage-und Anschlussanleitung und die zugehörigen elektrischen

Parameter auf dem Etikett und Datenblatt.

Wartung und ReparaturDer Sensor darf weder modifiziert noch repariert werden. Im Fehler-fall bitte steute kontaktieren. Installation and Set-upThe sensor must be installed, connected and activated only by special-ized personnel. Personnel must be familiar with the types of protec-tion anti-ignition, the production rules and regulations in the potential-ly explosive area. The user is solely responsible for the choice and the use of the sensor suitable to the final application. Check whether the classification of the sensor is suitable for the application (see »ATEX/IECEx Marking« to paragraph 2 and marking on the equipment). When installing the sensor observe the following requirements:

- The sensor shall be powered by associated apparatus covered by, EC-Type Examination Certificate ( according to EN 60079-0, EN 60079-11 and EN 60079-26) and/or IECEx Certificate of Conformity (CoC) (according to IEC 60079-0, IEC 60079-11 and IEC 60079-26) with the following output parameter values : Uo < 17 V Io < 17 mA P <= 73 mW Lo > 175 µH Co > 0.25 µF The values apply to potted cables max 20m long.

- The max operating temperature is: -25 °C … +60 °C

Installation remarksAlways observe the following installation remarks- Adhere to the relevant national regulations and provisions. - Avoid electrostatic charging on plastic units and cables.- Protect unit and cable against damage.- The relevant installation regulations must be adhered to. - Ground wire the metallic parts.- Wiring instructions and the related electrical parameters show on

Installazione e messa in servizioIl sensore deve essere installato, connesso e attivato solo da personale pecializzato. Tale personale deve avere familiarità con i tipi di protezio-ne antiaccensione, le norme e i regolamenti per i mezzi di produzione nelle zone a rischio di esplosione. L’utilizzatore è il solo responsabile della scelta e l’uso del sensore adatto per l’applicazione finale. Verifi-care che la classificazione(vedi ‘’MARCATURA’’ al paragrafo 2 e il con-trassegno sul dispositivo) sia idonea allo specifico caso d’impiego. Quando si effettua l’installazione del sensore osservare i seguenti re-quisiti:- Il sensore deve essere alimentato mediante apparecchiature asso-

ciate coperte da Certificato di esame CE del Tipo (in accordo alle norme EN60079-0, EN30079-11 e EN60079-26), e/o da Certificato di Conformità (CoC) IECEx (in accordo alle norme IEC60079-0, IEC60079-11 e IEC60079-26), aventi i seguenti paremetri di sicurein uscita: Uo < 17 V Io < 17 mA P <= 73 mW Lo > 175 µH Co > 0.25 µF

I valori sopra indicati si riferiscono ai modelli di sensore con cavo inte-grato lungo al massimo 20 m.

- La temperatura ambiente deve essere compresa nell’intervallo -25 °C … +60 °C.

Note di installazioneOsservare sempre le seguenti indicazioni:- Attenersi alle norme e alle disposizioni nazionali vigenti.- Evitare l’accumulo di cariche elettrostatiche sulle parti plastiche e

sul cavo del sensore. - Proteggere efficacemente il sensore ed il suo cavo da possibili dan-

neggiamenti.- Collegare a terra le parti metalliche della custodia del sensore.- Le istruzioni per il collegamento del sensore e i relativi parametri

elettrici vanno desunti dal contrassegno e/o dalla scheda tecnica.

Montagem e ConexãoO sensor somente pode ser instalado, conectado e ativado por pessoa técnica autorizada. O pessoal técnico precisa estar familiarizado com ações de proteção contra ignição, diretivas de fabricação, bem como as diretivas de segurança contra explosões. É de responsabilidade do usuário a escolha e a correta aplicação dos sensores conforme sua utilização. Deve ser assegurado que a classificação do sensor é a es-pecífica para a aplicação (veja »Classificação ATEX/IECEx« indicada no parágrafo 2 e indicação no próprio sensor). Os requisitos a seguir devem ser observados no ato da instalação:

- O sensor deverá ser conectado somente a seus respectivos equipa-mentos, cobertos pelo atestado de teste EU de amostra (conforme EN 60079-0, EN 60079- 11 e EN 60079-26) e/ou o certificado de con-formidade IECEx (CoC) (conforme IEC 60079-0, IEC 60079-11 e IEC 60079-26) com os seguinte valores de parâmetros: Uo < 17 V Io < 17 mA P <= 73 mW Lo > 175 µH Co > 0.25 µF

Os valores referem-se a valores com cabos de conexão resinada e comprimento máximo de 20m.- Faixa de temperatura de trabalho: -25°C / +60°C

Orientações de instalação.As seguintes orientações de instalação sempre devem ser observadas- Atender às relevantes determinações e diretivas do respectivo país. - Evitar carga antiestática em peças plásticas e cabos de conexão.- Proteção contra danos aos equipamentos e cabos de conexão. - As relevantes normas de instalações devem ser consideradas.- As peças metálicas precisam ser aterradas.- Instruções de montagem e conexões e os respectivos parâmetros

elétricos estão na etiqueta e formulário técnico.

IMQ 13 ATEX xxx и сертификат соответствия IECE Nr. IECEx IMQ 13 NNNN, выданные авторизированной испытательной лабораторией IMQ spa.

Монтаж и подключениеДатчик должен подключаться и активироваться только специально уполномоченным персоналом. Персонал должен быть знаком с ме-роприятиями по защите от возгорания, нормами по изготовлению и директивами по взрывозащите. Пользователь сам ответственен за выбор и применение датчика для его использования по назначе-нию. Он должен убедиться в том, что классификация датчика подхо-дит к его применению (см. »Обозначение по ATEX/IECEx« из абзаца 2 и маркировку на датчике). Следующие требования должны учиты-ваться при инсталляции:

- Датчик подсоединять только к соответствующим приборам, по-крываемых EG-свидетельством опытного образца (по EN 60079-0, EN 60079- 11 и EN 60079-26) и/или IECEx-сертификатом соответ-ствия (CoC) (по IEC 60079-0, IEC 60079-11 и IEC 60079-26) со следу-ющими значениями параметров: Uo < 17 V Io < 17 mA P <= 73 mW Lo > 175 µH Co > 0,25 µF Значения относятся к значениям литого кабеля подключения дли-ной до макс. 20 метров.

- Диапазон рабочих температур -25 °C / +60 °C

Замечания по инсталляцииСледующие замечания по инсталляции должны учитываться всегда- Следуйте соответствующим национальным предписаниям и ди-

рективам- Избегайте накопления статического заряда на частях из пластика

и на кабелях подключения.- Защищайте прибор и кабели подключения от повреждений.- Релевантные правила инсталляции должны учитывается .- Металлические части должны быть заземлены.- Инструкция по монтажу и подключению и соответствующие элек-

трические параметры на этикетке ив техническом паспорте.

Обслуживание и ремонтДатчик не разрешается ни модифицировать, ни ремонтировать. В случае ошибки связаться с фирмой Штойтэ. По запросу Вы получи-те следующие документы от фирмы Штойтэ:- технический паспорт- Сертификат соответствия EG- Испытание опытного образца EG- Сертификат соответствия IECEx (CoC) ( см. также www.iecex.com)
