MEETINGS & CoNVENTIoNSConvention Name Badges

All name badges can be customized with: • Convention logo • Attendee’s name, business, organization, city, etc

Badges are 4”x3” and come in a plastic holder. Lanyards are provided.

All names must be submitted in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet one week prior to the event. At that time, please specify preferred layout.

Visit Minot can assist in coordinating tours and offer suggestions for activities for your attendees and/or their families.

News Releases

We would be happy to assist you with sending out a news release to promote your event. These releases go out to local and statewide media outlets. We can also arrange to have a city official write a welcome letter for your attendees’ welcome packet.

Please allow two weeks for completion of the letter.

Visit Minot can coordinate shuttle services at your event to transport your attendees around Minot for activities and tours.
