So we can see one example from the beginning, I’ll use some of what we did in previous Power Points.

A. Throw a party but invite no ants. It is more work to read a book that party =3

B. Teach the grasshopper the language of the spiders. It take a long time to learn a language = 1


Putting the periscope in the ground and speaking is

pretty easy = 5


It takes a while to read the book but reading is easier

than learning a language = 2


Because of the grasshopper’s talents, learning a short

song is much easier than throwing a party = 4


5. Which idea is most likely to work?

A. Throw a party but invite no ants. Who can resist a party? = 3


It may take a while to change the culture of

eating grasshoppers to talking to them = 1


It is good to have friends but worms may not be the best insects to help a grasshopper

learn winter survival skills = 2


If you are really good at being friendly, there are so many insects that will want to be

helpful = 5


Being goal oriented will help you with finding

food and making friends = 4
