etpm is a privately owned company which was established in Aberdeen in 2007 to provide marine and subsea support services for the oil and gas industry. In the years since, it has seen considerable growth both in terms of its base staff and in the number and range of personnel it supplies to clients worldwide. In 2013 it opened a second office in Great Yarmouth to better support industry requirements in the Central and Southern North Sea.

It now supplies onshore staff and offshore crew to more than 75 clients in the global marine, subsea and renewable sectors. etpm’s people are working around the world on vessels, offshore installations and at onshore bases, providing a fully flexible service to clients.

Our specialist team of recruiters have built up excellent relationships with our clients across all spheres of business. They are knowledgeable about the level of experience and the certification criteria which they need in candidates. CASE STUDY

Recently, etpm undertook a challenging contract to provide a range of subsea disciplines for multi-purpose and SURF Installation vessels for a client.

The multi-purpose vessel has been working between the Gulf of Mexico and Nigeria carrying out umbilical installation and recovery work while the SURF vessel had a new Huisman VLS fitted in Norway before heading to Brazil as a pipelay support vessel for Petrobras. etpm was charged with crewing for a range of disciplines for both vessels, commencing at the beginning of peak season in 2014 and continuing throughout the year.

etpm successfully met the requirement for more than 50 personnel, split between the two vessels, who were well versed in working with vertical lay sytems. etpm also provided necessary onshore logistics support to assist with travel and the visa application process.

Our expertise in the division covers DP vessel operations, maritime legislation and marine disciplines.

With our extensive pool of personnel we have access to and can provide all levels of marine crew – Masters, 2nd Officer/DPOs, Motormen, ETOs and ABs. We also supply MCROs and barge operators to the FPSO market.

etpm has achieved its MCA certificate of compliance as a seafarer recruitment and placement service under the MLC (2006) and we work closely with each client to meet the diverse requirements of different vessel flag states, operating locations and seafarer definition.

Qualified crane operators are becoming more and more critical to everyday operations. At etpm we know how important it is to have the right people with relevant experience to carry out vessel operations whether that be DSV, pipe lay or heavy lift.

We invest a lot of time building and updating our knowledge as well as our databases to ensure that we can provide suitably qualified and experienced personnel to meet your requirements.

Through past experience, we know that at the height of the season Stage 3 Crane Operators are in high demand. We work with a reliable, consistent pool of personnel on an ongoing basis which puts us in a strong position to meet our clients’ needs on regular and short-term, ad-hoc jobs whether it’s peak season or not.

The subsea division at etpm has an excellent track record of providing experienced personnel for projects worldwide at short notice. Our team of recruiters focus on a set pool of candidates and clients, resulting in an in-depth understanding of both candidate preferences and client requirements.

With the growth in the SURF market, we have had particular success in the provision of equipment technicians over the last couple of years, crewing full teams of technicians for pipelay and cable lay vessels when required. Demand for other disciplines has also been high, prompting etpm to salary a number of highly-experienced Diving Supervisors and Offshore Managers.

etpm opened its Great Yarmouth office in June 2013 with an initial focus on providing experienced ROV personnel at all levels for observation and work class vehicles operating around the world. This has been so successful, and in response to feedback from clients, we have expanded the division and now provide inspection and survey personnel in addition to the ROV service line.

Our bespoke database includes information on the experience of our personnel within the subsea sector which means our recruitment team can tailor match personnel experience to client’s requirements.

Inoculations
