Upload CV Issue 2 - DECEMBER 2014 Welcome everyone to issue number 2 of the Beacon News After some great responses and feedback from the first issue we are back and set to stay. We must thank everyone who took the time to read the newsletter and helped spread the word. This issue holds a more reflective view from our departments here in Great Yarmouth as the year end approaches and we start to plan and look forward to 2015. We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our readers a very happy Christmas and prosperous New Year, when we’ll be back to give you an update on all things Christmas from the office and the all important office Christmas Party! ROV - Feeling Reflective A reflective word from the ROV department as we near the year end of 2014. What a year it has been for us! After a busy start to the year, there were doubts as to whether the Industry could sustain the increased growth in the ROV scope of work. As we approached October and November this couldn’t be further from our thoughts! We have experienced a steady increase in ROV oper- ations throughout these months and this looks to continue through the Christmas and New Year period, thus providing a springboard for 2015 operations. It just goes to show you that you can never 100% predict this crazy industry! Sally’s Reign Begins Sally Spaull has taken the reins on the GY team after becoming the RSI (ROV, Survey & Inspection) Team Lead. There is more to come from Sally and her plans for GY very soon, but I’m sure you will join us in congratulating her and wishing her all the best in her new role with us. Survey Development Our Survey department is growing at an encouraging rate and with several de- velopments coming to fruition in the run up to the year end we are excited about 2015. Our aim is to build this depart- ment with high quality personnel and provide our clients with the best candi- dates available to us. We also want to stand out from other agencies when it comes to working for etpm, we always go the extra mile and the Survey depart- ment will certainly amplify that working with etpm is something you can do with ease. etpm Christmas Advent Calendar Keep your eyes pealed on our social media for each day in December as we will be bringing you our very own interactive advent calendar to help you count down to Christmas. Subsea Engineering – What do you know? Knowledge is power, and that’s one thing at etpm that we strongly agree with. So much so that 3 of the team from Great Yarmouth have enrolled and been working on a Subsea En- gineering Course to gain a better understanding of the Oil & Gas In- dustry from a technical side. We will keep you updated in the next issue how we all got on... Inspection – Reaching New Heights Steady growth has been seen in the last month from the Inspection department, which is headed up by Dean Spencer. The recent focus has been on local companies and working towards providing a strong ge- ographical link between them and etpm. Moving for- ward as we continue to grow the Topside and Subsea Inspection area of the business, we welcome CV’s from any Inspection based disciplines as 2015 is set to be a record breaking year for the Inspection department. IMCA Seminar London 2014 The full lowdown on the IMCA semi- nar will be available in our company publication the Harbour Herald, so keep your eyes pealed. Spook-Tacular Halloween Well what more can we say other than yes we are all as crazy as the picture por- trays! A spooky evening was had by all the team at Sally’s Halloween Party.

Welcome everyone to issue number 2 of the Beacon News

After some great responses and feedback from the first issue we are back and set to stay. We must thank everyone who took the time to read the newsletter and helped spread the word. ROV - Feeling Reflective

A reflective word from the ROV department as we near the year end of 2014. What a year it has been for us! After a busy start to the year, there were doubts as to whether the Industry could sustain the increased growth in the ROV scope of work. As we approached October and November this couldn’t be further from our thoughts! We have experienced a steady increase in ROV oper-ations throughout these months and this looks to continue through the Christmas and New Year period, thus providing a springboard for 2015 operations. It just goes to show you that you can

never 100% predict this crazy industry!

Survey Development

Our Survey department is growing at an encouraging rate and with several de-velopments coming to fruition in the run up to the year end we are excited about 2015. Our aim is to build this depart-ment with high quality personnel and provide our clients with the best candi-dates available to us. We also want to stand out from other agencies when it comes to working for etpm, we always go the extra mile and the Survey depart-ment will certainly amplify that working with etpm is something you can do with ease.

We will keep you updated in the next issue

how we all got on...

Inspection – Reaching New Heights

Steady growth has been seen in the last month from the Inspection department, which is headed up by Dean Spencer. The recent focus has been on local companies and working towards providing a strong ge-ographical link between them and etpm. Moving for-ward as we continue to grow the Topside and Subsea Inspection area of the business, we welcome CV’s from any Inspection based disciplines as 2015 is set to be a record breaking year for the Inspection department.
