Three attunements comprise the Ethereal Trager System:

2. Ethereal Trigger Point Treatment

3. Muscle Mender RayTo receive your attunements, say "I am now willing to receive the (say name of attunement) from Mariah Windsong perfectly for me."

If you are sensitive to subtle energies, you will feel the energy of the attunement arrive to you. The attunement you asked for will be done flowing in just a few minutes.

Then ask for the next one on the list, using the same script.

Continue in this manner until you have received all three attunements.

Now you may continue along your day. If you have the time allocated now, ask for your Ethereal Trager Session to begin. With your intent, specify how long a session you want, in 20 minute increments.
