Prof. Renuka Ghospurkar, HOD of Suryadatta Institute of Fashion Technology by profession, takes interest in learning and expressing art through fashion.

Academically she is Masters in Textiles Design and Apparels Design, PGDBM in HR specialization, PGDFT and has completed her Master's in Sociology. She is leading the Fashion Design department at Suryadatta for last 9 years and has initiated many activities for the betterment of students for their professional careers.

She is also an enthusiastic traveller and an avid photographer.

SIFT has state-of-the-art facilities which

include a fully equipped designing

studio, computer lab, well equipped

classrooms and a rich visual reference

library.

Any candidate who has successfully completed 12th level of schooling (10+2) from a statutory board, that is HSC or

equivalent from any stream of subject is eligible for admission. Those who have appeared for 12th Examination & a

waiting the result can also apply for provisional admission & admission confirmation is subject to clearance of 12th

/ HSC during same academic year OR Any candidate who is at least 18 years of age AND has successfully completed

10th level of schooling from statutory board in any subject / stream AND has successfully completed the

preparatory programme for graduation from SPPU or equivalent, is also eligible for admission.

ELIGIBILITY

Admissions are strictly based on performance & subject to Vacancy on first come first serve basis. Selected students

should register their seat by paying registration charges* by cash OR DD drawn in favor of 'Suryadatta Education

Foundation' payable at Pune. (on the reverse of the DD please write your name and course) or Bank Transfer (RTGS)

on our IDBI Bank, Sadashiv Peth, Pune Branch, Account Number : 49010010201015 IFSC CODE - IBKL0000490.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1) For more details of the respective courses, students are directed to refer the respective University's prospectus.

2) Availability of these courses may change as per the directives received by UGC from time to time.

3) Transfer of Admission from one University to other University is not possible.

4) While taking admission, student must check respective University's website/ prospectus. Student should

confirm the registration with complete knowledge of norms specified by the respective University & also refer
