DW07 Series Overview

The DW07 Series is an innovative connector solution that does not use screws. It provides substantial benefits over the conventional multiple-screw method and reduces the time needed for installation and maintenance. The elimination of screws also means that the connector requires less operating space and allows for higher density installation. The DW07 series also offers more freedom for design purposes.

DW07 Series Features Easy to use and space saving

• Floating Connection Compensates for mis-alignment between the rigid busbars being connected.

• Flexible Current Amount The amount of current conducted can be easily adjusted by changing the number of DW07 series connectors attached to one line.

• Mounting Without Using Screws Connector attaches easily with the use of only one hand, clipping onto the holes drilled into the busbar.

Rated Current

* Rated Current = Current value (in A) that temperature rise will be 30 K or 65 K x safety ratio (80%). * Table reflects calculated values based on evaluation using a 2m cable and 10cm busbar, and they are for reference only. * Rated current depends on the size of the busbar and the number of connectors used.
