E l proyecto ha cons is t ido en e l d iseño y puesta en marcha de un Cal le jero Dig i ta l de Andaluc ía Un i f icado (CDAU) como una de las in f raestructu-ras geográf icas bás icas sobre la que se exp lotan serv ic ios de información re lac ionados con la v isua l izac ión, geocodi f icac ión y manten imiento de d i recc iones posta les de Andaluc ía .

E l coste tota l ha s ido de 60.125,57 euros, cof inanc iado en un 80% a través de l FEDER (48.100,46 euros) .

SEPIM es una herramienta que de forma cont inua ofrece información sobre los d i ferentes e lementos de in terés de los munic ip ios que la ut i l i zan. Aunque no ex is te un canal f i jo estab lec ido para la d i fu-s ión de las ap l icac iones, e l Inst i tu to de Estad íst ica y Cartograf ía de Andaluc ía ( IECA) ofrece información sobre todas e l las a t ravés de numerosas act iv idades de d i fus ión:

E l IECA hace uso de las redes soc ia les (Facebook, Twi t ter ) para acceder a toda t ipo log ía de usuar ios de información y ampl iar as í la d i fus ión de l FEDER:

As imismo, cada ayuntamiento ofrece información sobre las ap l ica-c iones (APP) a t ravés de d i ferentes canales, pág ina web, actos de presentac ión en los prop ios ayuntamientos, etc .

También se da d i fus ión de d ichas ap l icac iones a t ravés de l programa de te lev is ión de l Canal Sur ‘Éste es mi pueblo ’ , en e l caso de que e l programa se ref iera a un munic ip io que cuente con una de las ap l icac iones desarro l ladas.

Para su descarga, las ap l icac iones están d ispon ib les en e l Market de Google (ht tps://p lay.google .com/store?h l=es&tab=w8) .

La búsqueda en Google P lay se rea l iza escr ib iendo ‘cdau ieca’ . De este modo se tendrá acceso a la tota l idad de apl icac iones ya publ i -cadas. Además, se puede hacer una búsqueda a t ravés de l nombre de la prop ia ap l icac ión.

De orden tecno lóg ico:De orden tecno lóg ico: la tecno log ía móv i l ha prov is to a los usuar ios de un gran abanico de herramientas de toda índo le . S in lugar a dudas, este t ipo de tecno log ía con jugada con las pos ib i l idades que provee e l uso de l GPS, permi te acercar e l terr i tor io y los e lementos que sobre é l se as ientan a los usuar ios de este t ipo de ap l icac iones. As í , es pos ib le tener en e l móv i l todo e l catá logo de serv ic ios que ofrece cualqu ier munic ip io junto con su ub icac ión e in formación aso-c iada, de forma que se puede conocer las pr inc ipa les caracter ís t icas de ese e lemento, navegar hasta é l , acceder a información a lo jada en la nube, l lamar s in neces idad de tener a lmacenado e l te lé fono, etc .

E l pr inc ipa l ob jet ivo es fac i l i tar y acercar e l uso de l Cal le jero Dig i -ta l Un i f icado de Andaluc ía a las admin is t rac iones públ icas y a la c iudadanía a t ravés de la tecno log ía de ap l icac iones informát icas insta lab les en d ispos i t ivos móv i les .

SEPIM permi te desarro l lar ap l icac iones para d ispos i t ivos móv i les que pueden ser consumidas por cua lqu ier usuar io, en e l ámbi to públ ico y pr ivado. Además, impl ica la reut i l i zac ión de un producto: no es prec iso acometer un desarro l lo a medida para cada uno de los munic ip ios que qu iera d i fund i r su in formación de interés a t ravés de la herramienta, lo que supone s in lugar a dudas un gran ahorro para la admin is t rac ión públ ica.

As imismo, d isponer de la in formación que los ayuntamientos generan permi te a la admin is t rac ión contar con una gran base de datos con mul t i tud de e lementos de in terés, sus caracter ís t icas y su ub icac ión en e l terr i tor io . Este hecho fac i l i ta la reut i l i zac ión de los datos por parte de aque l los usuar ios que, como e l caso de Emergenc ias An-daluc ía, prec isan de información de este t ipo para la mejora de la prestac ión de serv ic ios .

La act iv idad Estad íst ica y Cartográf ica de la Junta de Andaluc ía se r ige por un instrumento de Ley la cua l recoge como inf raestructura de información e l Cal le jero Dig i ta l de Andaluc ía Un i f icado (CDAU) y destaca que los ayuntamientos deben comunicar a l Inst i tu to de Estad íst ica y Cartograf ía de Andaluc ía las a l tas, las ba jas y las modi-f icac iones de las nomenclaturas de las v ías públ icas y la numerac ión de los ed i f ic ios . Para e l lo , se pone a d ispos ic ión de la admin is t rac ión loca l esta herramienta que permi te d icho manten imiento. S in embar-go, esta herramienta no s iempre es usada por los ayuntamientos, por mot ivos d iversos. Ese es e l gran prob lema a l que se enfrenta e l CDAU, y SEPIM es una herramienta que co labora en su so luc ión.

La herramienta permi te que los ayuntamientos detecten carenc ias y errores en sus ca l le jeros, las resue lvan y las incorporen a l CDAU, con lo que se incrementa la ca l idad de esta in f raestructura de in-formación.

‘SEPIM’ nac ió como ‘prueba de concepto ’ que pretend ía va lorar la v iab i l idad de d isponer por parte de los ayuntamientos de una herra-mienta que les mot ivara y ayudara a mejorar la ca l idad de l CDAU de su loca l idad. Para e l lo se construyó un ‘ap l icac ión protot ipo ’ que a t ravés de v isores cartográf icos en d ispos i t ivos móv i les permi t iera a lmacenar y exp lotar estas categor ías de datos munic ipa les para su poster ior d i fus ión.

Son muchos los munic ip ios andaluces que han part ic ipado, ut i l i zan SEPIM y t ienen inc luso ya sus prop ias ap l icac iones móv i les publ i -cadas en GoogleP lay. Dado e l éx i to de la prueba de concepto se podr ía dec i r que SEPIM es ya un complemento func iona l más de CDAU, que además está s iendo muy demandado por los munic ip ios part ic ipantes de l proyecto CDAU.

La información que se d i funde a t ravés de las ap l icac iones cons-t ru idas con SEPIM está a d ispos ic ión de la admin is t rac ión públ ica y soc iedad en su con junto . Se puede cuant i f icar a d iar io e l número de

apl icac iones descargadas s iendo mi les las que se han contab i l i zado desde que se in ic ió e l proyecto.

Los benef ic iar ios d i rectos y e l púb l ico a l que va d i r ig ida son d iversos: las autor idades loca les, que son las que confecc ionan los conten idos que qu ieren hacer l legar a los usuar ios de las ap l icac iones y que de esta forma dan d i fus ión de sus recursos or ientándola tanto a los vec inos como a los no vec inos. Las organ izac iones profes iona les de l munic ip io, que ven en estas ap l icac iones, cómo su información es ofrec ida a potenc ia les usuar ios de los recursos que ofrecen. Los agentes económicos y soc ia les, que a l igua l que e l co lect ivo anter ior , pueden part ic ipar de forma d i recta en coord inac ión con e l ayunta-miento en la confecc ión y se lecc ión de conten idos. Las inst i tuc iones de educación e invest igac ión, que también pueden usar estas ap l i -cac iones como canal para ofrecer sus serv ic ios .

En lo que se ref iere a l uso de la in formación, la in formación que se ofrece en las ap l icac iones móv i les mediante SEPIM son informacio-nes ofrec idas en e l ámbi to de la admin is t rac ión loca l , a l serv ic io de toda la c iudadanía y la admin is t rac ión públ ica, y acces ib le con abso-luta senc i l lez a la manera de otras ap l icac iones públ icas y pr ivadas. Se t rata además de informaciones ya ex is tentes, de manera que no se re i tera en su generac ión, s ino que s implemente se empaquetan y se ofrecen a la poblac ión mediante d ispos i t ivos móv i les de uso genera l izado.

E l proyecto SEPIM garant iza la coord inac ión con otras actuac iones abordadas por e l IECA, en part icu lar , e l proyecto ‘Cal le jero Dig i ta l de Andaluc ía Un i f icado (CDAU) ’ y e l proyecto ‘Evo luc ión tecno lóg ica de l CDAU hacia e l Gestor de Di recc iones Posta les ’ , ambas también co-f inanc iadas con Fondos Europeos. Con e l desarro l lo de ap l icac iones en e l marco de SEPIM se contr ibuye a la mejora de la in formación posta l recog ida en CDAU ya que la construcc ión de una APP prec isa

de una rev is ión de los e lementos de l ca l le jero, que son los que s i rven como base geográf ica para geopos ic ionar los puntos y e lementos de interés que se empaquetan en una APP.

A su vez, SEPIM contr ibuye a la recog ida de información georrefe-renc iada de interés como son ed i f ic ios públ icos por t ipo log ía, esta-b lec imientos comerc ia les y tur ís t icos, rutas, etc . Toda esta in forma-c ión const i tuye una base para la adopción de dec is iones en todos aque l los ámbi tos po l í t icos en los que esta in formación es re levante, en part icu lar , en la po l í t ica tur ís t ica, medioambienta l , de gest ión de l terr i tor io , in f raestructuras, patr imon io, san i tar io , etc .

The stat ist ical and cartographic act iv i ty of the Government of Andalusia is governed by a legal instrument which includes, as informat ion infrastructures, the Unif ied Digi ta l Street Map of Andalusia (CDAU) and emphasises the fact that munic ipal i t ies must communicate to the Inst i tute of Stat ist ics and Cartography of Andalusia the register, deregister and modif icat ion of the naming of publ ic roads and the numbering of bui ld ings. To th is end, th is tool that al lows updat ing is made avai lable to the local administrat ion. However, the instrument is not always used by ci ty counci ls for var ious reasons. That is the big problem when facing the CDAU, and the SEPIM tool col laborates in i ts solut ion.

The too l a l lows munic ipa l i t ies to detect def ic ienc ies and errors in the i r st reets, so lve them and incorporate them into the CDAU, thereby increas ing the qual i ty of th is in format ion in f rastructure .

‘SEPIM’ was born as a “ ‘proof of concept ’ that sought to assess the feas ib i l i ty of c i ty counc i ls of hav ing a too l that mot ivates them and he lps them to improve the qual i ty of the i r town CDAU. To th is end, a ‘prototype appl icat ion ’ was bu i l t that , through cartograph ic v iewers on mobi le dev ices, i t a l lowed to store and exp lo i t these categor ies of munic ipa l data for later d isseminat ion.

There are many Andalus ian munic ipa l i t ies that have part ic ipated in the pro ject , use the SEPIM, and even have the i r own mobi le appl icat ions in GoogleP lay. Given the success of the proof of concept , i t cou ld be sa id that the SEPIM is a l ready one more CDAU funct iona l complement, that is a lso be ing h igh ly demanded by the part ic ipat ing munic ipa l i t ies in the CDAU pro ject .

E l proyecto de construcc ión ha inc lu ido la e jecuc ión de 4 t ramos d i ferenc iados con una long i tud de 12 km en tota l . Con todos e l los, más los ya ex is tentes, se ha pretend ido cumpl i r con los cr i ter ios de d iseño de l P lan Andaluz de la B ic ic le ta: conect iv idad, cont inu idad, in termodal idad, como-d idad y segur idad.

Con esta actuac ión se han reduc ido las emis iones de C02 asoc iadas a l consumo de combust ib les fós i les de l sector t ransporte a 10.877 tone ladas de C02, f rente a las 12.361 tone ladas reg is t radas en 2013, y se espera segu i r reduc iendo las emis iones a 8.653 tone ladas de C02 en 2023. Con este carr i l b ic i también se ha incrementado e l número de v ia jes en t ransporte públ ico urbano hasta 234,04 mi l lones de v ia jes f rente a los 230,02 en 2014.

E l coste tota l ha s ido de 1 .573.162,37 euros, cof inanc iado en un 80% a través de l FEDER (1 .258.529,90 euros) .

Y se hace d i fus ión de mejoras obten idas grac ias a las obras de l carr i l b ic i cof inanc iadas con FEDER como es la rehabi l i tac ión de parte de l paseo mar í t imo de Almer imar .

As ímismo, se co locan, tanto en e l centro urbano de E l E j ido como en e l paseo mar í t imo de Almer imar, carte les de obra donde se ind ica que e l proyecto ha s ido cof inanc iado con e l FEDER (actuac iones de d i fus ión ob l igator ias por los reg lamentos) .

Inv i ta a que más personas usen la b ic ic le ta como medio de t ranspor-te descongest ionando e l t ráf ico y produc iendo menos contaminac ión y menos prob lemas de aparcamiento. Esto benef ic ia a l medioambien-te y a la descongest ión de l t ráf ico. Es la tendenc ia en las c iudades más modernas.

Más que e lementos innovadores, podemos dec i r que la insta lac ión de carr i les b ic i en una c iudad es por s í mismo una innovadora so lu-c ión a los prob lemas medioambienta les porque reduce los impactos d i rectos que produce e l t ráf ico motor izado (congest ión, ru ido y con-taminac ión de l a i re ) .

Además, se han ut i l i zado mater ia les rec ic lados, en concreto e l sepa-rador de l PVC rec ic lado como barrera f ís ica entre e l carr i l b ic i y la ca lzada de veh ícu los a motor .

La actuac ión iba d i r ig ida de forma espec í f ica a aumentar la segur idad de estos usuar ios que compart ían la ca lza-da con e l t ráf ico motor izado.


La actuac ión pretend ía de forma genér ica dar cobertura a la tota l i -dad de poblac ión de E l E j ido. En concreto conectaba los núc leos de centro urbano de E l E j ido, Santo Domingo, Santa Mar ía de l Águ i la , A lmer imar y las Nor ias de Daza conectando con carr i l b ic i ex is tente hasta Roquetas de Mar .

La poblac ión tota l de E l E j ido es de 88.096 habi tantes y los núc leos de poblac ión un idos por e l carr i l b ic i presentan una poblac ión de 10.946 habi tantes en Sta. Mar ía de l Águ i la , 9.206 habi tantes en Las Nor ias de Daza y 8.221 habi tantes en A lmer imar .

Los t razados d iseñados recorren la gran mayor ía de ed i f ic ios públ i -cos de l munic ip io : co leg ios, inst i tu tos, centros médicos, admin is t ra-c iones públ icas. . .

Rather than innovat ive e lements, we can say that the insta l la t ion of b ike paths in a c i ty is an innovat ive so lut ion to env i ronmenta l prob lems in i tse l f as i t reduces the d i rect impacts f rom motor ised t raf f ic (no ise, a i r po l lu t ion, and congest ion) .

In addi t ion, recyc led mater ia ls have been used, in part icu lar the recyc led PVC separator as a phys ica l barr ier between the b ike path and the road for motor veh ic les .

The act ion is spec i f ica l ly d i rected to b icyc le users . On the one hand, i t was intended to promote the genera l ised use of b icyc les for a l l the c i t izens of E l E j ido, and, on the other hand, cons ider ing that in the town of E l E j ido there is an important immigrant group that uses the b icyc le as a regu lar means of t ransportat ion, the act ion was spec i f ica l ly a imed to increase the safety of these users who shared the roadway wi th motor ised t raf f ic .

This project works in synergy with other act ions that are included in the Andalusia ERDF 2014-20 Operat ional Programme such as those aimed at favour ing the transit ion to a low carbon economy in al l sectors. Durante e l curso 2015-2016 en e l inst i tu to Gal i leo Gal i le i de Córdoba se implantaron dos c ic los de grados super ior , e l CFGS de Integrac ión Soc ia l y e l CFGS de Ganader ía y Sanidad Animal . Grac ias a la ex is tenc ia de los departamentos de Agrar ia y Serv ic ios Soc iocu l tura les y a la Comunidad en e l IES Gal i leo Gal i le i y a la incorporac ión de nuevo profesorado mot ivado por e l incremento de la ofer ta de enseñanzas de formación profes iona l , se puso en marcha e l proyecto ‘D ivers ión Func iona l ’ que invo lucra a los a lumnos/as y profesores/as de ambos departamentos y pone en pro de estos los recursos con los que cuenta e l IES.

E l coste tota l ha s ido de 104.929,11 euros, cof inanc iado en un 80% a través de l FSE (83.943,28 euros) .

El IES Gal i leo Gal i le i es un centro docente compromet ido con la educa-

ción inclusiva y t iene como uno de sus pr incipales objet ivos transmit i r a su alumnado una educación basada en la igualdad de oportunidades dentro de la real idad de la sociedad, y conseguir una educación de cal idad para todos/as.

E l carácter innovador de esta práct ica educat iva rad ica en e l t rabajo por proyecto, in tegrando a var ios departamentos y a var ios centros y e l desarro l lo de act iv idades con un enfoque eminentemente práct i -co. Se l levó a cabo con e l a lumnado de l centro Espec í f ico de Educa-c ión Espec ia l V i rgen de la Esperanza. En este centro se encuentran 42 personas con d i ferentes t ipos de d iscapacidades inte lectua l y f í -s ica, como pará l is is cerebra l , s índrome de Down, s índrome de Smith, t rastorno de l espectro aut is ta, ceguera, sordera y retraso madura-t ivo, entre otras, con edades comprendidas entre los 3 y 21 años.

Este proyecto de in tervenc ión soc ia l que une e l t rabajo de los equ i-pos docentes y a lumnado de ambos centros se desarro l ló en d i fe-rentes fases. Cada una de estas fases ha neces i tado de d iversas acc iones, cada una de e l las p lan i f icadas por e l a lumnado. A modo de resumen:

• 3a Parte de Diagnóst ico: Se buscaba la in teracc ión entre e l a lumnado de l IES Gal i leo Gal i le i y a lumnado de CEEE Vi rgen de la Esperanza para conocer los y detectar sus neces idades para rea l izar una adecuada p lan i f icac ión de act iv idades en e l Centro Agropecuar io adaptadas a este a lumnado.

En esta fase se p lan i f icaron todas las act iv idades ten iendo en cuenta todas las neces idades encontradas en la fase de d iagnóst ico. Se presentaron éstas a l equ ipo docente de l CEEE Vi rgen de la Espe-ranza para ver s i eran unas act iv idades rea l is tas para su a lumnado.

Cons ist ió en la rea l izac ión de una act iv idad s ingu lar que permi t ió la part ic ipac ión de todos los in tegrantes de l proyecto invo lucrando a más de 150 personas permi t iendo las re lac iones personales entre todos/as y cons igu iendo los ob jet ivos marcados, promoviendo una educación inc lus iva.


Como objet ivo genera l de l proyecto se pretend ió rea l izar un proceso de enseñanza aprendiza je desde un contexto d i ferente a l centro educat ivo tanto para e l a lumnado con neces idades educat ivas es-pec ia les como para e l a lumnado de formación profes iona l de los d i ferentes c ic los impl icados as í como contr ibu i r a l desarro l lo personal de este a lumnado incu lcando una ser ie de va lores re lac ionados con la atenc ión a la d ivers idad y la inc lus ión educat iva.

Para la consecuc ión de este ob jet ivo genera l se p lantearon una ser ie de ob jet ivos espec í f icos:

1 . Conocer las neces idades y caracter ís t icas de las personas con d iscapacidad inte lectua l in teractuando con e l las .

2. Poner en práct ica los conoc imientos adqui r idos en e l au la por parte de l a lumnado de l c ic lo format ivo de In tegrac ión Soc ia l a l in teractuar con e l a lumnado de l Centro Espec í f ico de Educación Espec ia l V i rgen de la Esperanza de Córdoba.

3. Acercar a l a lumnado de l IES Gal i leo Gal i le i a una rea l idad la-bora l y soc ia l de forma que permi ta e l desarro l lo de personas invo lucradas y compromet idas con la d ivers idad.

Se ha p lanteado la act iv idad como un proyecto in tegrador de dos departamentos de fami l ias profes iona les rea l izando una intervenc ión soc ia l cuyo ob jet ivo fundamenta l es mejorar las condic iones de v ida de las personas que nos rodean, e l im inando s i tuac iones que generan des igua ldad y promoviendo procesos de mov i l i zac ión soc ia l . Se pre-tende reforzar en e l a lumnado de formación profes iona l impl icado su capacidad para rea l izar acc iones d i r ig idas a la inc lus ión de personas que presentan neces idades educat ivas espec ia les normal izando su proceso de aprendiza je .


E l proyecto ha ten ido gran a lcance a n ive l loca l a t ravés de los me-d ios. Se ha d i fund ido la exper ienc ia en las I Jornadas de Formación Profes iona l rea l izadas en nov iembre de 2017 en Sev i l la . También ha s ido una de las práct icas se lecc ionadas para e l porta l de buenas práct icas de la Conse jer ía de Educación.


La inc lus ión de los a lumnos/as con neces idades educat ivas espe-c ia les en este proyecto responde a la neces idad de la soc iedad de que se garant ice la normal izac ión de l proceso de aprendiza je y de la v ida de estas personas. Es deber de la soc iedad y en part icu lar de los centros educat ivos ofrecer a l a lumnado con neces idades educa-t ivas igua ldad de oportun idades de forma que pueda contr ibu i r a su desarro l lo como persona.

Ten iendo en cuenta estas premisas in ic ia les e l IES Gal i leo Gal i le i , compromet ido con la educación inc lus iva t iene como objet ivo t rans-mi t i r a su a lumnado una educación basada en la igua ldad de opor-tun idades dentro de la rea l idad de la soc iedad, y consegu i r una educación de ca l idad para todos/as. Este proyecto es un e jemplo c laro de e l lo .

A t í tu lo de ejemplo, el proyecto ha inclu ido estudio de accesibi l idad de las dependencias, real izado por el alumnado, para adecuar las mismas a las necesidades de las personas que deben real izar las act iv idades.

Este proyecto, p lanteado como una intervenc ión soc ia l t iene como objet ivo fundamenta l mejorar las condic iones de v ida de las personas que nos rodean, e l im inar s i tuac iones que generan des igua ldad y promover procesos de mov i l i zac ión soc ia l .

La sosten ib i l idad ambienta l ha estado presente en cada una de las act iv idades rea l izadas por la prop ia natura leza de las enseñanzas invo lucradas (Act iv idades agrar ias) y e l espac io en e l que las ac-t iv idades se l levan a cabo (Centro Agropecuar io Prov inc ia l de la Diputac ión de Córdoba) .


E l carácter inc ip iente de l proyecto no ha permi t ido aún la s inerg ia con las actuac iones programadas para otros fondos.

Gal i leo Gal i le i High School is an educat ional centre committed to inclusive educat ion. Educat ion based on equal opportuni t ies is one

of th is educat ional centre’s main object ives, and to achieve qual i ty educat ion for al l .

The innovat ive nature of th is educat iona l pract ice l ies in work ing wi th pro jects, in tegrat ing severa l departments and centres and deve lop ing act iv i t ies wi th an eminent ly pract ica l approach. I t was carr ied out wi th the students of the V i rgen de la Esperanza Specia l Educat ion Centre . 42 people, wi th ages between 3 and 21, wi th d i f ferent types of in te l lectua l and phys ica l d isab i l i t ies such as cerebra l pa lsy, Down syndrome, Marsha l l -Smi th syndrome, Aut ism spectrum d isorder, b l indness, deafness, and deve lopmenta l de lay, among others, at tend th is centre .

Th is pro ject of soc ia l in tervent ion, that br ings together the work of the teach ing staf f and the students of both centres, was deve loped in d i f ferent phases. Each phase needed d i f ferent act ions, each one of them planned by the students . By way of summary:

• Part 3 of the Diagnost ic Phase: The interact ion between the students of the Gal i leo Gal i le i High School and the students of Virgen de la Esperanza Special Educat ion Centre was sought in order to get to know them and ident i fy their needs and, in th is way, develop an adequate plan of act iv i t ies in the agr icul ture and l ivestock centre adapted to these students.

As the main object ive of the project, a learning process was sought to be carr ied out in a dif ferent context than that of the educat ional centre for students with special educat ional needs and for the vocat ional train ing students of the dif ferent cycles involved. In addit ion, emphasis was put on contr ibut ing to the personal development of these students, inst i l l ing a ser ies of values related to the attent ion to diversi ty and educat ional inclusion.

To achieve th is general aim, a ser ies of specif ic object ives were raised:

1. To know the needs and character ist ics of people with inte l lectual disabi l i t ies by interact ing with them.

2. To apply the knowledge acquired by the students of the vocat ional train ing cycle of Social Integrat ion in the classroom by interact ing with the students of the Virgen de la Esperanza Special Educat ion Centre of Córdoba.

3. To engage the students of the Gal i leo Gal i le i High School in a working and social real i ty in a way that al lows the development of the people involved and which is committed to diversi ty.

4. To provide students with working tools so as to develop and become fami l iar with the design and planning of projects that wi l l be demanded in their future working environment and that are essent ia l to achieve the social integrat ion of people with disabi l i t ies.

5. To promote relat ionships between the two professional groups, working jo int ly and under the coexistence of students and teachers.

6. To al low students of any branch or special ty to work with in their area with groups at r isk of exclusion.

7. To encourage work in mult id iscip l inary teams, unit ing resources to achieve the same goal: educat ion for al l .

8 . To perform recreat iona l act iv i t ies wi th people wi th in te l lectua l d isab i l i t ies in a natura l env i ronment a imed at the in tegra l deve lopment of the person.

By way of example, the pro ject has inc luded a study on the access ib i l i ty of the fac i l i t ies, carr ied out by the students, to adapt these insta l la t ions to the needs of the users of the centre .

This project, raised as a social intervent ion, has as i ts main object ive to improve the l iv ing condit ions of people around us, to el iminate si tuat ions that generate inequal i ty, and to promote social mobi l izat ion processes.

Los temas tratados en estas jornadas se han d iseñado en co labora-c ión con los dest inatar ios, s iendo muy innovador la e laborac ión de los conten idos y cons igu iendo as í que los temas expuestos sean de l máx imo interés para los dest inatar ios y as is tentes.

A través de esta actuación, los objet ivos que se persiguen son, fun-damentalmente, dar a conocer a los asistentes de las jornadas de transferencias conceptos de poda de la v id, desde su formación, fruc-t i f icación y hasta la posible reconversión del v iñedo; dar a conocer al sector las nuevas tecnologías que se están apl icando en el cul t ivo de la v id y en procesos enológicos; formar a los asistentes en el anál is is sensor ia l de la uva de mesa y de la uva de vin i f icación siguiendo la metodología ICV; proporcionar y actual izar conocimientos para elabo-rar v inos espumosos ut i l izando var iedades tradic ionales andaluzas; y estudiar la incidencia de técnicas de producción en el v iñedo y transfer ir los resultados de los módulos de exper imentación median-te jornadas, seminar ios, informes y asistencias técnicas y establecer convenios con las empresas e inst i tuciones del sector v i t iv in ícola.

Las actuac iones que se han desarro l lado, en e l ámbi to de este proyecto, para a lcanzar los ob jet ivos antes descr i tos han s ido e l estud io de l comportamiento de var iedades de uva de mesa en cu l t ivo proteg ido; estud io de l potenc ia l eno lóg ico de var iedades t in tas au-tóctonas andaluzas para la obtenc ión de v inos rosados; y e l estud io de l potenc ia l eno lóg ico de var iedades b lancas y t in tas autóctonas andaluzas y un iversa les de in terés. Por otro lado, se ha l levado a cabo la mejora de la ca l idad de la uva de mesa apl icando técn icas de cu l t ivo y mejora de la d is t r ibu-c ión espacia l de la vegetac ión y producc ión en var iedades t in tas de v in i f icac ión; efecto de l empleo de d i ferentes t ipos de cubier tas en e l comportamiento agronómico y la ca l idad de los v inos de palomino f ino; e l manejo de l v iñedo mediante cu l t ivo eco lóg ico, la rea l izac ión de jornadas de t ransferenc ia de resu l tados a l sector v i t iv in íco la; la ap l icac ión de l r iego en v id como medida de adaptac ión a l cambio c l imát ico; la f i rma de conven ios de co laborac ión con empresas e inst i tuc iones; e l manejo de l sue lo en v iñedo cu l t ivado en eco lóg ico en c l ima medi terráneo; y la caracter izac ión san i tar ia y saneamiento de var iedades de v id de a l to in terés en Andaluc ía, entre otras.

As imismo, se rea l iza una va lorac ión en términos de igua ldad de gé-nero de las act iv idades d ivu lgat ivas de l proyecto, ya que los datos de las personas part ic ipantes en las act iv idades están igua lmente desagregados por sexo.

On the other hand, the improvement of tab le grapes qual i ty has been carr ied out , apply ing cu l t ivat ion techn iques and improv ing the spat ia l d is t r ibut ion of vegetat ion and product ion in red wine var ie t ies . The ef fects of the use of d i f ferent types of covers on agronomic performance and the qual i ty of ‘Pa lomino F ino ’ wines have been stud ied. A lso, the management of the v ineyard through eco log ica l cu l t ivat ion, the t ransfer of resu l ts to the wine sector , the appl icat ion of v ineyard i r r igat ion as a measure of adaptat ion to c l imate change have been carr ied out . The s ign ing of co l laborat ion agreements wi th companies and inst i tu t ions, management of the so i l in eco log ica l ly-cu l t ivated v ineyards in Medi terranean c l imate, and the san i tary character izat ion and san i tat ion of v ine var ie t ies of h igh in terest in Andalus ia, among others, have been deve loped.

La actuac ión ha cons is t ido en la sust i tuc ión de l Coleg io de Educación Infant i l y Pr imar ia (CEIP) Nuestra Señora de los Dolores de la loca l idad de Alomartes, en e l munic ip io de Í l lora (Granada) , mediante la construcc ión de un nuevo centro por un centro de nueva construcc ión, dada la ant i -güedad de l anter ior y su fa l ta de adaptac ión a las neces idades educat ivas actua les .

Con esta actuac ión y para e l curso esco lar , 2017-2018, e l co leg io autor izó un tota l de 275 p lazas correspondientes a 8 grupos de pr imar ia (200 a lumnos/as) y 3 de infant i l (75 puestos) . De este modo, se cons igu ió reduc i r e l número medio de a lumnos por un idad docente en Educación Pr i -mar ia, Educación Secundar ia Obl igator ia y c ic los format ivos de Formación Profes iona l en centros públ icos a una media de 22,6 f rente a los 23,1 a lumnos/as/un idad docente reg is t rados en 2012.

E l coste tota l ha s ido de 1 .840.369,81 euros, cof inanc iado en un 80% a través de l FEDER (1 .472.295,85 euros) .

E l CEIP Nuestra Señora de los Dolores se ub icaba en un ed i f ic io de gran ant igüedad y que no cumpl ía con la normat iva actua l para los ed i f ic ios de uso docente. De hecho, e l mal estado de l centro había mot ivado su desa lo jo y la ub icac ión de l a lumnado en au las prefabr icadas prov is iona les en tanto se e jecutaba la construcc ión de l nuevo ed i f ic io .

Por tanto, dotar a la loca l idad de Alomartes de este centro de nueva construcc ión ha supuesto mejorar rad ica lmente las condic iones de esco lar izac ión de l a lumnado y las pos ib i l idades docentes de l profe-sorado en su act iv idad educat iva. As imismo, a l nuevo centro, aunque es de t ipo log ía C1 como e l or ig ina l ( lo que supone contar con un au la por cada curso de infant i l y pr imar ia ) , se le ha dotado de tres un ida-des más, hasta contar con t res au las para educación infant i l y nueve para pr imar ia, incrementando por tanto su capacidad en 75 p lazas.

Esta actuac ión está inc lu ida en la p lan i f icac ión docente de la Con-se jer ía de Educación, cuyo propós i to es incrementar , actua l izar y modern izar las in f raestructuras de la red de centros educat ivos de Andaluc ía . Sus ob jet ivos genera les son mejorar la ca l idad de la edu-cac ión, reduc i r la rat io de a lumnos y a lumnas por au la y e l f racaso esco lar , incrementar la permanenc ia en e l s is tema educat ivo y favo-recer la in tegrac ión de l a lumnado con d iscapacidad o con d i f icu l ta-des de integrac ión soc ia l .

Con esta operac ión en concreto, los ob jet ivos que se pretend ían consegu i r con la construcc ión de l nuevo centro en sust i tuc ión de l ex is tente eran garant izar una mayor equ idad en e l acceso a la educación, ampl iando y mejorando la red de centros; aumentar las oportun idades de las personas con d iscapacidad, construyendo cen-t ros adaptados y e l im inando barreras arqu i tectón icas; reduc i r e l im-pacto medioambienta l de los centros, construyéndolos con cr i ter ios sosten ib les y con medidas para e l ahorro y la ef ic ienc ia energét ica; fac i l i tar e l aprend iza je, mediante la dotac ión de las insta lac iones y los equ ipos necesar ios; y contr ibu i r a la igua ldad de hombres y mujeres apostando por una educación mixta .

E l ant iguo CEIP Nuestra Sra. de los Dolores era un centro que pre-sentaba una ser ie de def ic ienc ias y carenc ias en sus inf raestructuras que ex ig ían su completa sust i tuc ión. Estas carenc ias habían mot iva-do, de hecho, que e l a lumnado fuera esco lar izado prov is iona lmente en se is módulos de au las prefabr icadas.


Dada la ant igüedad de l anter ior y su fa l ta de adaptac ión a las neces idades educat ivas actua les, e l nuevo co leg io, ub icado en una parce la d i ferente a la de l or ig ina l , cuenta con espacios para 300 puestos esco lares. Su construcc ión ha permi t ido ret i rar se is ed i f ic ios prefabr icados que se habían insta lado en la ant igua sede para a l -bergar prov is iona lmente a l a lumnado.

Por tanto, la construcc ión de l nuevo co leg io no só lo benef ic ia de forma d i recta a los 300 n iños y n iñas que pueden hacer uso de l nuevo co leg io, y a los que en e l futuro puedan ser esco lar izados en e l mismo, s ino también a su profesorado, personal de admin is t rac ión y serv ic ios y demás miembros de la comunidad educat iva de Alo-martes, que pueden aprovechar ahora un ed i f ic io que ofrece ópt imas pos ib i l idades para la act iv idad educat iva.

Hay que tener en cuenta que Alomartes es una pequeña loca l idad de l munic ip io de Í l lora que cuenta con a lgo menos de 2.200 habi tan-tes, por lo que la cobertura en una poblac ión tan pequeña t iene un carácter mucho más ampl io y re levante .


Con la construcc ión de este centro se contr ibuye a reduc i r e l im-pacto medioambienta l pues e l nuevo ed i f ic io cuenta con cr i ter ios sosten ib les y con medidas para e l ahorro y la ef ic ienc ia energét ica. As imismo, se contr ibuye a la igua ldad de hombres y mujeres apos-tando por una educación mixta .

The act ion cons is ted in rep lac ing Nuestra Señora de los Dolores E lementary and Pr imary School in the town of A lomartes, in the munic ipa l i ty of I l lora (Granada) through the bu i ld ing of a new centre, g iven i ts ant iqu i ty and i ts lack of adaptat ion to the current educat iona l needs.

Wi th th is act ion and for the present school year, 2017-2018, the school has approved a tota l of 275 p laces corresponding to 8 groups of pr imary educat ion (200 students) and to 3 of preschool educat ion (75 p laces) . In th is way, a reduct ion of the average number of students per teach ing un i t in pr imary educat ion, secondary educat ion, and vocat iona l t ra in ing in pub l ic schools has been ach ieved, reach ing an average va lue of 22.6 compared the 23.1 students/ teach ing un i t reported in 2012.

The tota l cost has been of 1 ,840,369.81 euros, 80% co-funded by the ERDF (1 ,472,317.44 euros) .

In addi t ion, the act of lay ing the f i rs t stone of th is new centre, December 5, 2016, counted wi th the presence of the de legate of the Government of Andalus ia in Granada, Sandra Garc ía, the de legate of the Regiona l Department of Educat ion of the Government of Andalus ia, Germán González, and the mayor of Í l lora, Anton io José Salazar . Th is support demonstrates the commitment and endorsement of the d i f ferent admin is t rat ions, whose co l laborat ion has made the implementat ion of th is act ion poss ib le .


Nuestra Señora de los Dolores E lementary and Pr imary School was located in a bu i ld ing of great ant iqu i ty and d id not comply wi th the current regu lat ions for educat iona l bu i ld ings. In fact , the poor state of the bu i ld ing had mot ivated i ts ev ict ion and the re locat ion of students in temporary prefabr icated c lassrooms whi le the construct ion was tak ing p lace.

Therefore, hav ing prov ided the town of A lomartes wi th th is newly constructed centre has rad ica l ly improved the school ing condi t ions and the educat iona l poss ib i l i t ies of teachers in the i r educat iona l act iv i t ies . A lso, even i f the new centre is of type C1, as was the or ig ina l one (which means hav ing a c lassroom per preschool and pr imary educat ion course) , i t has been prov ided wi th three more un i ts , adding up to three c lassrooms for preschool educat ion and

n ine for pr imary educat ion, thus increas ing i ts capaci ty in 75 p laces.

In addi t ion, and as innovat ive e lements th is centre has been prov ided wi th the necessary inf rastructures for the use of new informat ion and communicat ion techno log ies ( ICTs) and spec ia l fac i l i t ies .


Th is act ion is inc luded in the educat iona l p lann ing of the Min is t ry of Educat ion, whose purpose is to increase, update, and modern ise the inf rastructures of Andalus ia ’s network of educat iona l centres. I ts genera l ob ject ives are to improve the qual i ty of educat ion, reduce the rat io of students per c lassroom as wel l as of school fa i lure, increase the permanence in the educat iona l system, and encourage the in tegrat ion of students wi th d isab i l i t ies or soc ia l in tegrat ion d i f f icu l t ies .

Wi th th is part icu lar act ion, the in tended resu l ts wi th the construct ion of the new centre to rep lace the ex is t ing one were: to ensure greater equ i ty in access to educat ion, expanding and improv ing the network of educat iona l centres; increas ing the opportun i t ies of people wi th d isab i l i t ies by bu i ld ing adapted centres and e l im inat ing arch i tectura l barr iers; reduc ing the env i ronmenta l impact of the centres by bu i ld ing them wi th susta inab le cr i ter ia and measures for energy sav ing and ef f ic iency; fac i l i ta t ing learn ing by prov id ing the necessary fac i l i t ies and equ ipment ; and contr ibut ing to the equal i ty of men and women by bet t ing on mixed educat ion.


I t is necessary to increase the terr i tor ia l coverage of the educat iona l centres network to widen and reform the ex is t ing one, and to adapt i t to the appropr iate access ib i l i ty condi t ions. In addi t ion, improv ing the network ’s leve ls of energy ef f ic iency and ach iev ing a greater and bet ter endowment of equ ipment is sought .

The o ld Nuestra Señora de los Dolores E lementary and Pr imary School presented a ser ies of def ic ienc ies and shortcomings in i ts in f rastructures that demanded the i r complete subst i tu t ion . These def ic ienc ies had, in fact , led to students prov is iona l school ing in s ix modules of prefabr icated c lassrooms.

Given the age of the prev ious centre and i ts lack of adaptat ion to the current educat iona l needs, the new school , located on a d i f ferent p lot f rom the or ig ina l , has room for 300 school p laces. Therefore, the new construct ion not on ly d i rect ly benef i ts the 300 ch i ldren who can make use of the new school as wel l as those who can be schooled in the same in the future, but a lso the i r teachers, staf f , admin is t rat ion serv ices, and the other members of the educat iona l communi ty of A lomartes, who can now take advantage of a bu i ld ing that of fers opt imal poss ib i l i t ies for educat iona l act iv i ty .

I t shou ld be cons idered that A lomar tes i s a sma l l town in the mun ic ipa l i ty o f Í l l o ra , w i th jus t under 2 ,200 inhab i tan ts , mean ing tha t the coverage in a sma l l popu la t ion has a much broader and re levant character .
