Epsilon Alpha Sigma Sorority, Inc.

Rules and Guidelines: Only chapters that have officially received their charters are eligible to nominate

sisters for the award. Chapter Presidents and Vice Presidents are solely responsible for filling out and

submitting sister nomination forms. Presidents and Vice Presidents may not nominate themselves. Presidents may

nominate Vice Presidents, and vice versa. Each chapter may only nominate one sister per quarter. No sister may be nominated twice consecutively. Nominations may not be altered or retracted after submission. Presidents and Vice

Presidents may report any special circumstances to the Epsilon Alpha Sigma Sorority national board for review.

Submissions violating any of the above rules will be discarded.

When to Submit: Nominations for each quarter will be accepted during the last week of the preceding quarter. A breakdown of the quarter system is as follows:

Fall Quarter: October-December Winter Quarter: January-March Spring Quarter: April-June Summer Quarter: July-September

Please e-mail all nomination forms to eas.founders@gmail.com by the stated deadline. Deadlines are strictly enforced.

Results: Nominations will be reviewed by the Epsilon Alpha Sigma Sorority national board. The Empowered Arab Sister of the Quarter will be announced on the sisterhood’s national social media platforms during the first week of every quarter.
