The size of your mask determines how many pieces per order you will receive. Larger masks allow for fewer pieces per order, and smaller masks allow for more pieces per order. Careful arrangements may allow for an increased number of pieces. Try laying out a paper template of your mask on the grid to the right to help determine how many pieces you can get per order.

INSTRUCTIONS1 Use the grid on the right to estimate how many die cut pieces you can expect to receive on the roll. You can turn a mask in any direction, duplicate a mask multiple times in the work area and combine different masks to make a kit.
2 Send us your PO along with:• The selected tape• Your estimated piece count per roll• Your preferred shipping method• Indicate clearly what to mask on one of the following: o 3D CAD model in: STEP, DXF, or IGES format o A detailed engineering print o A existing sample die cut o A sample part to be masked
3 Our design engineers will process your order and send you a confirmation. Your masking requirements will be analyzed and the best fit on the tape roll will be developed. You can expect to have your custom plotter cut masking shipped to you within one to two business days.

USE THIS GRID TO ESTIMATE THE NUMBER OF PIECES PER ROLL
For example: If each piece is about 1X1” you’ll get up to 3,000 masks.If each piece is about 3X3” you’ll get about 350 masks.If each piece is about 5X5” you’ll get about 125 masks.If each piece is about 8X8”you’ll get about 50 masks.
