• Secondary orchestra teachers are required to share the classroom with another colleague of equal status, with little or no pre-service training related to collaboration.

Orchestra teachers in Gwinnett County Public Schools.
• From the learner survey, a question related to pre-service training in the field of collaboration scored very low. Also, the survey indicated they would like this type of training.

• SWBAT generate a course syllabus by planning cooperatively in a two-person team using strategies for successful co-teaching practice.

• SWBAT outline and use three types of strategies for resolving conflict in collaborative interactions.

web-based workshop for teachers to take and review as needed
