Exhibit at the meetingThe cost of one standard exhibit space (6 m2) is € 2900 if paid by 31 January 2015; € 3500 ifpaid after that date. This fee includes one complimentary full registration. Attendance tothe welcome reception is included in the registration. The completed and signed applicationwith deposit must be received in order to secure space.

What is included:• One booth: approximately 6m²;• One complimentary meeting registration;• Up to 4 additional exhibitor staff badges at a reduced rate of € 250,• One free ½-page advertisement in the meeting programme (normal price € 800);• Coffee/tea/refreshment breaks and lunch;• Promotion of your company name on the meeting website and in the meeting programme (listing of exhibitors);• List of pre-registered attendees (company/contact names);
