Many of our students study for FREE! Don’t be put off by the cost of study,

many of our students study for free. Eligibility to study for free depends on your individual

circumstances and the course you have chosen to study.

You no longer have to be unemployed to study for free: Entry, Level 1

and Level 2 courses that are eligible for fee remission (indicated by a * in the guide) may also

be free for you if you are employed or self-employed, earning less than £338 per month

and claiming a state benefit** OR employed or self-employed and earning less than

£15,736.50 per year.

Advanced Learner Loans: Some of our Level 3 and Level 4 courses can be funded

through an Advanced Learner Loan** (indicated by a + in the guide).

Paying for your course? If you are paying for your course you will do so at

enrolment by cash or card. Some courses can be paid for by instalments (indicated by a ^ in

the guide).

The Access to Higher Education (HE) Diploma is a one year Level 3 qualification which prepares you to study at university level. It is aimed at anyone who would like to progress to a Higher Education course but does not have the traditional qualifications to do so.
