RUBBER MATRIX
CUMI-XTRATUFF and CUMI-XTREME are superior
materials with proprietary ceramic formulations high
in strength and hardness for the toughest working
conditions offering exceptional wear, corrosion,
thermal shock and impact resistance. The ceramic
provides extreme resistance to wear while the resilient
properties of the rubber effectively dampen the impact.
The resultant composite is ideal for impact and wear
protection in bulk material handling.
CUMI will see your project through, handling all
aspects from chute fabrication, manufacture and
installation of ceramic wear packages and external
surface coating. Chute assemblies or modular
bolt-in liner systems are sent to site ready-to-install
providing a ceramic solution you can rely on.

Rubber backed ceramics sheets, nominally
500x500mm are an ex-stock product available
from 8mm thick through to 50mm. Rubber
backed ceramics can be cut to size and direct
