the container is filled and a cap(fitted with a foil liner) is applied.

the capped container then passesunder the induction cap sealerwhere a controlled electromagneticfield transfers energy to the foil inthe cap, creating heat.

this heat melts the sealingmaterial on the foil liner.

once this sealant cools, theliner adheres to the neck of thecontainer – this is known as anhermetic (air tight) seal.

What isinduction capsealing? induction cap sealing or heat sealing, as it is widely

known, is a very simple and straightforward process.
