This year we introduce to you our premium range “the Inspiration collection”. This range is conscious of the earth’s resources, and every feature of our designs from material selection to manufacturing options are carefully considered for increased product life cycle, and sustainability. Local manufacturing and supporting the WA economy is a focus for Envision Street Furniture. We use anthropometric data to ensure all our designs are comfortable and ergonomic.

SEATERWith this range, we set out to create something with superior longevity and durability. Our Inspire seater summarises this achievement.

BENCH SEATFrom components of our Inspire Seater we present our bench seat, for those who need a quick break and a surface to rest on our Inspiration bench seat is perfect.

FEDERATION SEATERThe Federation seater is a strong laser cut and folded design, with classic design elements from the 19th century. This seat will comfortably accommodate 3 people.

BENCH SEATThis bench seat is a great compliment to have along side our Federation seater. The bench seat allows people to choose to sit on either side of the seat, with out back support.

TABLEThe Federation table is designed to work with the bench seat, and allows easy access and room for legs to move around the side of the bench seats.

MATERIALS.It is important for us as a leading street furniture manufacturer to be conscious of the earth’s resources. Every feature of our designs from material selection to manufacturing options are carefully considered for increased product lifecycle, and sustainability. Most hardwoods require an expensive regular 6 month oiling program in order to maintain the warranty. As a design consideration we offer very low maintenance timber options for your street furniture products.

We use Etch Coatings, who are a registered Interpon applicator for all our protective coating requirements. They are accredited with a 10 year Steelplex corrosion warranty, and Metaplex 15 year warranty on colour and film Integrity. See color options below.

The wood batten is one of the most important materials to consider in your choice of street furniture. We have carefully evaluated material options and partnered with leading timber and composite companies.

Accoya® is a patented superior high performance wood product that has been described as the wood of the

future. Accoya® wood is durable, stable and guaranteed for 50 years above ground, 25 years underwater, dramatically increasing the potential lifespan of our product range. It has excellent thermal properties so it will remain cool to sit on in hot conditions compared with composite timber.

Futurewood composite timber is an excellent alternative to traditional hardwood timber for cladding,

decking, fencing, furniture and screening. Futurewood products look like timber but are made from recycled polyolefin (plastic from post industrial waste), rice husks and recycled hardwood timber so they are much more ecologically sustainable than timber.

At Envision Street Furniture we provide custom street furniture solutions and fabrication services. Our experienced drafting team has you covered from the initial conceptual idea right through to the fabrication and installation of the final design. We are capable of solving technically challenging designs, using the latest 3D modelling technology.

We recently supported a local architectural firm with this custom street furniture item using the lastest 3D CAD modelling software TEKLA. This redvelopment project is a multiple award winning project in the Perth CDB which our team was able to successfully contribute to.

What’s our capability?Etch Coatings has the capacity to handle oversize objects that many powder coaters are unable to, due to our overhead rail system which can handle 2 tonnes in weight. We can process 500m2 per day. Our oven which is one of the largest in WA, allows us to powder coat 9 meters in length and 3 meters in height.We can also cure wet paint 4 times faster than a standard applicator can. The Etch Coatings spray booth is one of few booths in WA that apply wet paint as well. Our water filtration system complies with all EPA regulations.

3D CAD Modelling Simmonds Steel offers an extensive drafting and 3D modelling service. Our team of detailers have experience producing detailed and accurate 3D models of structural steel, architectural steel and timber, mining substations, and concrete form work. We use Tekla Structures, which offers detailed 3D models that allows us to dismantle and review individual components in a virtual model. We can create 2D drawings and a separate BIM (Building information modelling) viewing page site for clients to make comments.

Our programs can offer material list, bolt counts, weight calculations, and paintable area to save time and keep the job on budget.
