    BACKGROUND COMPANY

    The founder is Lee Kong Chian who is a

    Singaporean.

    Established in 1963s and produce pineapple

    business for over half century.

    HQ is in Singapore but their canneries and

    plantation are operating in Malaysia.

    Canneries - Skudai, plantation - Simpang

    Renggam.

    Own over 10,000 acres of plantation which are

    8,007 acres is pineapple cultivation and the

    rest is cultivation of the oil palm and therubber.

    The production around 2.5 milion cases of

    canned pineapple and juice per year. The total workforce over 1,000 people.

    CONCLUSION

    There are several ways we can suggest for the

    organization in handling their employees:

    Use punch card system

    to detect the presenceof their employees.

    Punishment given to

    the undiciplinary

    workers, accordingly tothe Employment Act

    (1955).

    Provide facilities to

    increase employees

    motivation.
