Stakeholder

• A 29 Year old electronic engineer from Spain.• 2 years now from graduation, has not been

able to find a job, first in his home country• Emigrated to Germany where he studies the

new language while sending job applications• Rejection has brought negative feelings about

himself and his education and skills

Problems definition• Stakeholder needs a way to get an opportunity to gain his

first working experience because it will allow to practice and develop his skills while regaining self-confidence in his academic preparation

• Universities needs better ways to integrate industries in the transition process from student to workforce.

• State needs better ways to coordinate education and industry because it will Improve the integration and transition of studies and work because better integration will allow students to gain confidence in their preparation for the professional life and companies in gain confidence in future prospects and their education.
