• I am sending an email to another student in my class with an attachment inside

Email Etiquette• One important principle is to write messages in sentence case. In other words, it is only
necessary to capitalize the first word in each sentence, unless there are proper nouns. Capitalizing all of the letters makes a message look as though the writer is shouting every word, but if the writer never capitalizes any letters, the messages look lazy and sloppy. Writers who want to emphasize a word ought to use bold or italics to help it stand out.
• Messages that are brief and to the point are welcomed by everyone with an inbox. If there is more to say than a few paragraphs, the better idea is to make a phone call. That keeps any misunderstandings from taking place as a result of the exchange.
• The difference between "CC" and "BCC" is an important. If there is a large list, using "BCC" for each person keeps the list from being overwhelming. However, it is all right to "CC" people to who the message is germane, and using "CC" appropriately makes the sender look more competent.
Sending an email to my group• I have email my group about all the information as well as the sales manager
Email Signatures • I have added a signature to my emails so that people are aware of who are emailing them
Labelling• I have added a label to my emails to that then it is easier to distinguish and access.• The label is called ‘GSCE ICT GROUP’
Reasons why I.T. systems might not work
• If there was a problem with the internet inside of school I would make sure Ethernet cables is in properly and it is in the connection box. If it is connected I would ask a member of staff that would go and ask an onsite Edutech worker to help with the problem
• If the internet went at home check I would check the router and reset it. If it still wasn’t functioning I would call my ISP (Internet service provider) up directly to resolve the issue.
• Another problem could be problems with the browser. You could be requesting too much from the browser thus making it crash and not function properly. Another reason may be the website you are trying to access is experiencing high amounts of traffic.
• Password entry could be a problem because you might have entered it incorrectly thus the website/document being inaccessible without the correct password
