Step 1

• Understanding Job Profile from the Client• The Process Include : Advertising on Quality HR Portal, Naukri.com, Monster, Times Job, & Social

Media. Head Hunting the Database, Check Existing Database.

Step 2

• Initial Screening of the CV's• Matching them with Job Profile, CTC, Key Skills, Experience etc• Confirmation with the Shortlisted candidate of the phone/ Mail, Informing about the client Profile• Synopsis in Customise Excel Formate - Candidate Tracker

Step 3• Cv's and candidate Tracker to be send to the client for Approval and Short listing• Interview Schedule for the Shortlisted CV's from the client

Step 4• Final Short listing from the CV's• Short listed candidate can be called to client place for personal Interview

Step 5• Coordinating with selected candidate to make them join in given time frame & Reference check

In case the appointed candidate leaves within three months of joining, we do

take moral responsibility to providing a replacement with the next other

candidate from the shortlisted candidates.

All the candidates referred by us should be considered as our candidates for

the one Year. It will be company’s Moral duty to inform us if there are

recruited by the company or it’s sister concern.

We Charge 08.33% of the annual CTC of the Candidates.

GST will be charged as applicable.

Payment to be made within 30 Days after the joining of the candidates.
