Super Sized Ads are exposed to 37 million job seekers and receive 400% more traffic on them due to the jobs exposure on these affiliated job sites. This traffic is both local and national as Super Sized Ads target an audi-ence that isn’t necessarily going to the newspaper directly to look for jobs.

Super Sized Ads cost $99 if the job is upgraded during the initial sale. If the advertiser decides not to purchase a Super Sized Ad, that advertiser will receive an email asking them to upgrade. If the advertiser then decides to upgrade to a Super Sized Ad, the price becomes $149.

Since Super Sized Ads are $99, each newspaper retains $33 of the sale. $33 goes to The Job Network, and $33 is split among the affiliated job sites.

If a job is upgraded to a Super Sized Ad after the initial sale for $149, the newspaper retains the additional $50 made from that post-sale upgrade.

Our online video player archives the 20 most recent news videos and display the most recent news videos first. Once 20 other videos have been uploaded, the video with the advertiser’s logo before it will no longer display. This means that the advertiser’s logo will be available online for roughly 1 month because the editorial depart-ment produces on average 4 news videos a week.

Any commercials sold this way will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. If an advertiser purchases a com-mercial at 10am in the morning and another advertiser purchases a commercial at 2pm in the afternoon, the first advertiser gets the first commercial.

A video can have, at most, 1 Pre-Roll Commercial (OR 1 Bumper Ad instead of Pre-Roll) and 1 Post-Roll Com-mercial.

Also, keep in mind that there is no easy way to limit the number of people that can use them. Subscribers may choose to forward the mobile coupon to other friends and family members.

Mobile coupons can be redeemed several ways. The subscriber can show the merchant the text message on their phone or mention the “code word” included in the text message.

In most cases, mobile coupons include an expiration date or reference to a timeframe in which the coupon can be redeemed.

Your graphic designers will design the Email Blasts. Ensure that they are sized correctly. If the Email Blast isn’t 750 pixels wide by 563 pixels high, it is incorrect. Description: Email Blast Letters are very similar to regular email blasts, and they follow most of the same guidelines. Email Blast Letters are purposed to give your advertiser an opportunity to write a message and com-municate with your community as opposed to simply advertising and promoting themselves.

Your sales person needs to approach an advertiser and garner a copy of their letterhead from them. If it is a digital copy, that will save you some work, but more than likely it will be a piece of their letterhead paper. Scan the letterhead into a computer and resize the letterhead to 750 pixels wide by 971 pixels high. A standard sized letterhead will appropriately scale to this size.

Your sales person will also need to garner a written letter from the advertiser that will go out as the Email Blast Letter. If your advertiser does not have an appropriate letterhead and/or is not willing to write the letter, it would be better for them to send a regular Email Blast instead of an Email Blast Letter.

The sales person will craft an email with the letterhead and the letter, email it to Delores Unger and Paul Holli-field at LogOn as well as the Digital Media Director in Morristown, and LogOn will send out the Email Blast Letter per the sales person’s instructions. Be sure to include the following information:
