SUMMER HOLIDAY PROGRAMME 2009Hello and welcome to CADSARTInside our summer programme you will nd a whole host of interesting activities centred on getting the most out of the holiday period. There are lots of ideas on what to do with your children this summer holiday and beyond. SATURDAY 18TH JULY - SUNDAY 30TH AUGUST 2009This summer at CADSART were offering a full range of fun and exciting activities to maximise their fun and enjoyment through the 6 weeks of school holidays. Our programmes provide a wide range of activities for children of all ages within a fun, safe and social environment. We offer all day and half day child care at both EPIC Leisure Centre and Neston Recreation Centre as well as part day activities. Call into your centre to book and come and join in the fun!

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS Bookings can be made at the relevant centre reception in person or by telephone. Payments made by cash and credit/debit card are accepted. As a registered Childcare provider we are eligible to accept Childcare Vouchers. For a full list of Childcare Vouchers accepted please contact the Childrens Activity Coordinator at EPIC Leisure Centre. Refunds will only be given if places can be resold. Places are non-transferable. Active Lifestyle Card holders will receive a reduction off the full price of various sessions. Please contact Reception for details. Sessions need to be booked in advance to secure your place and are subject to availability. Parents/carers of children/young people who have specic individual needs are encouraged to discuss the session before they attend and share as much information as possible so we can support their child/young persons needs. A new 2009 registration card must be completed for all sessions at the time of booking. Extended Day Charges - for Kindertime / Kidzinc childcare. Before 8.30am and after 5.00pm the charge will be 2.50 per half hour per family. Please book and pay at reception prior to the session for us to arrange stafng.

All activity sessions are fully supervised by Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked and trained staff. The programme is subject to change / cancellation at short notice. Financially assisted by Cheshire West and Chester Council

ABOUT US!The Aims of CADSART are to Provide a quality service that offers a wide range of excellent and enjoyable play opportunities in an environment for children/young people aged 6 weeks to 16 years. Design programmes that offer different play experiences in order to recognize and meet social, emotional and communication needs. Develop opportunities for participation in activities designed to be both stimulating and enjoyable but also offer variety in play. Give support for parents who wish to work by providing affordable and exible childcare. Actively seek the views of parents about the quality of sessions available and how they can be improved.

CADSART Childrens Activity Team

CADSART will provide affordable and high quality out-of-school childcare opportunities, and is an OfSTED-approved registered all-day childcare provider at EPIC Leisure Centre and Neston Recreation Centre. The company is committed to quality and will support on-going training for the staff to ensure the quality of the sessions. Which are accessible to all families and recognize the benets of play for the development of children / young people. Our child protection ofcer is Trudi Harris, Head of Operational Services We believe that children/young people have the right to be completely secure from both the fear and reality of abuse. We are committed to protect all the children/young people in our care from harm. Our staff have attended training on how to observe outward signs of abuse, neglect or bullying and parents/carers should be aware that where it appears that a child/young people may have been abused the child protection company procedure will be implemented immediately.

Photographs Clothing

There will be times during our sessions when we will take photographs required evidence for our activities with children to promote the quality experience we offer the children in our care. Please make sure that your child has suitable clothing and footwear for art & crafts, games & sports. Please provide sun cream, hat/cap/scarves for your child / young person to apply themselves during activities outside i.e. going to the park, for walks.

Valuables

We advise that children / young people do not bring games or mobile phones to sessions. CADSART accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of such items.

The quality 9ft table is suitable for snooker or pool and is situated in the Cinema Foyer. To use the table you need to take out an EPIC snooker membership. Membership is open to anyone over 12 years of age and will require a passport size photograph and proof of address. Available daily: 9.00am 11.30am: 1.30pm- 2.30pm: 4.30pm 7.00pm Cost 3.50 per hour (5.00 deposit is required in respect of equipment hire, which is refunded at the end of the session).

Heres a great activity for anyone who likes to have a go at new sports. Canoeing is a high-adrenaline, high-action sport that will really test their power of concentration and co-ordination.
