Overview of Submissions to Academics

• IAEP Annual Report – May 31st

• IAEP Grant Request Form – October 1st

– Changed from bi-annual to annual

• IAEP Grant Evaluation Forms – Due within thirty (30) days of grant closing

• IAEP Grant Extension Request – Due fifteen (15) days prior of grant closing

– Please keep track of when your grant will be closing

• IAEP Applications – April 1st and October 1st

– If requesting to advance, must submit an IAEP Application and meet the requirements for the next program level

• Student Certificates

– Turn around time is 3 to 5 business days
