The HOLY GRAIL exposed - Pursuing Fundamental Justice

To Everyone:

1. Over this past holiday weekend in North America, words have been playing out in

my head concerning The Supremacy of God document that I posted online in the summer of 2011:

The Terms

2. In page 2 of Canada’s 1934 banking act that was intent on building respect for

banking and its role in imposing commerce and trade: i.e. the imposition of the pursuit of wealth

as it made the production of goods and services a function of banking and the pursuit of wealth

which makes what everyone in the cities or goods in their hands a result of mammon not The Creator of this universe.

So, Canada’s banking act, according to its own words and agenda, i.e. to build respect

for banking , makes this act the “official” initiation of the false god of mammon and. as such, the

proper title for Canada’s banking act is “the imposition of the pursuit of wealth” act.

3. Furthermore, Canada’s banking act was put before The King of England byCanada’s

parliament and senate, aka Canada’s administrators. This makes those, that advised in favour of

mammon, “the Gog ” of the followers of this false religion who are “the magog ”.

4. Now, Canada’s banking act and those of the other dominions of the old british

empire, who also produced similar enactments imposing mammon/the pursuit of wealth, make it is

easy to see how the british empire morphed into the british commonwealth where the

beast/“mammon” was released so as to have the british empire’s citizens live like the americans had

done - pursue wealth - rather than be devoted to God as per the Christian Law of Luke 16:13.

5. Thus, the banking acts of the british commonwealth defied The Supremacy of God

as they imposed the pursuit of wealth on advice to The Emperor of The British Empire, King George

V (May 6, 1910 through January 20, 1936) from the elected elites/bodies of the dominions of the

then British Empire.

6. As these banking acts maintained The Will of God that existed prior to administration

arriving in the new worlds, not only is the advice corrupt but also those having made the advice areequally corrupt and illegitimate.

7. Hence, democracy and The Parliament Act of 1911 of England are therefore

abolished/dismissed once and for all and forevermore.

8. The replacement for incorrect advice and administration, based upon ruling through

the letter of the laws where there are no protections for We, the people, one nation

unified and indivisible under God and Everyone’s God Given Legal

Rights, is The Holy Grail along with the pursuit of the simple single set of laws that upholds

Doing Right while dismissing pluralism/classes and its corruption of logic, i.e. imposing equality of

access to the system created by mankind for the false gods, the administrators, rather than equality

of being and decision making based upon The Truth where there is only certainty rather than balance

of probabilities from corrupt/ignorant opinions.

9. We, the people, disenfranchised from The Truth, have the God

Given Right to petition The Defender of The Faith, the other title in all Oaths in the British

Commonwealth attached to The British Monarch, with the evidence of corruption not only in the

outcome being inconsistent with the pure facts but also the evidence that “the responsible persons








in responsible positions” knowingly defied the objectively supported Truth, i.e. they knowingly

complied with the corruption of the laws and produced “adverse” decisions and relied upon due

process to maintain this corruption in defiance of The Principles of Fundamental Justice where

the sole appropriate and JUST outcome is all that is to be delivered by decision makers.

10. In essence, “the responsible persons in responsible positions” having defied The Holy

Spirit , objectively supported Truth due to ruling through the letter of the laws, and have played the

role of “devil’s advocate” on order from the elected bodies - the greater administration called

democracy.

The Holy Grail

11. Fortunately, the citizens of the british commonwealth still have the ability to use this

evidence to petition The Office of The Defender of The Faith not just to gain redress but also to

dismiss not just administration but also install the pursuit of the simple set of laws that uphold

Everyone’s God Given Legal Rights in THE FREE Society of Equals and Its Realm based upon

Truth and Doing Right wherever this ultimately takes We, the people, one nation,

unified and indivisible under God .

12. I have added the term “indivisible” to reflect the reality that, under administration,

the nation under God has been divided by legalists/ jurists through their abuse of everyone’s

loyalty to the laws so as to divide us into The Family of Nations, the confederation of Canada and

the Union of the United States, kingdoms built around cities like Vancouver, Toronto, New York,

London, Sydney, Auckland, etc. where the elected bodies “run” the province/jurisdiction as if the

resources and their use are naturally meant to make the lives of the city dwellers not only more

important than those living in the hinterland but also far more opulent and affluent than the “cousins”

of the city dwellers, i.e. those living and working hard to make the provincial budgets balance








through the creation of whole dollars as opposed to these dollars being divided in the city with the

have-nots getting scraps while those in administration getting bags full of money for keeping

everyone loyal to mammon/the religion of imposing the pursuit of wealth upon the jurisdictions

equally.

13. In all of what mankind created under legalism, there is NO God nor things that

existed prior to the imposition of the pursuit of wealth where oil and gas reserves or gold reserves

and people are viewed as a price tag for the growing of the economy and its value.

14. Sadly, everyone missed the zero standard principle which demands that everyone beloyal to the economy and pursuing wealth or everyone having to EARN a livelihood rather than

recognize that the economy was created by the abolition of what existed naturally. Sir Charles

Darwin didn’t miss this fact and made allowance for The Holy Spirit /God speaking through

objective discoveries that produces its own mosaic - natural order - rather than having administration

impose its own restrictive agenda where the ultra vires Realm is dismissed by the administration and

its due processes.

15. All atheists, prior to this era, decried usury in favour of the autonomous rules of

nature/The Holy Spirit which was restrictive to those trying to impose usury/the pursuit of

wealth/mammon. Thus, natural justice was dismissed in Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms

while the elected bodied made Everyone’s God Given Rights “ privileges of administration”

and all because of the lost Holy Grail where the disenfranchised have the right to dismiss ALL

laws that do not uphold Everyone’s God Given Legal Rights without mammon and dismiss this

corruption through the Rule: Petition to The Defender of The Faith while also bringing forth the

omnipotence of The Supremacy of God and imposing the pursuit of the single set of laws that extend

from Everyone’s God Given Legal Rights.

16. By decrying the existence of Rule: Petition to The Defender of The Faith without








end, the elected bodies of the dominions of the british commonwealth and their confederations

fulfilled the role of “devil’s advocate” where the Truth ultimately DEMANDS administration’s

dismissal in favour of the pursuit of the simple single set of laws that will install once and for all and

forevermore THE FREE Society of Equals and Its Realm so that all that mankind’s offspring will

live by is Doing Right or, as the Bible stipulates, living in accordance with The Tree of Life only:

The Great Lost Holy Grail that was wrongly dismissed by the legalists/ jurists including the medical

profession over a century ago!

17. The administration, by ordering the decision makers to produce “adverse” decisions

and maintaining this corruption through the application of perjury and subornation of perjury in the

laws courts, i.e. usurping the role of devil’s advocate, ultimately left me NO other option but To

Petition The Defender of The Faith with the patently obvious evidence of corruption in order to

attain the appropriate and JUST REMEDIES - The Petition to The Defender of The Faith

on File No. PO-001 was initiated on July 25, 2011.

18. I have been caught between doing as the objective evidence and lack of Fundamental

Justice demands, i.e. I have done as ordered by The Holy Spirit , while having to find The Holy

Grail for dismissing mankind ruling through the letter of the laws without The Supremacy

of God .

19. Ladies and gentlemen, your system created my life’s work to date and God

Almighty has created what will happen going forward as I regain my God Given Rights to life,

liberty and security of person once the honesty is decision making is imposed across the New British

Empire away from the corruption of the family of nations/united nations as a confederation of nations

imbued with the false standards of “ good name and reputation” and “territorial supremacy” while

only God organised everything from the universe on down to this planet and everyone’s lives.








20. Yes, mankind refuses to acknowledge that it walked away from accepting and

abiding by The Truth always. But, getting back to The Truth and Everyone Doing Right as defined

by The Truth is a lot easier now that we, the people, one nation unified and

indivisible under God not only are aware of how to impose The Truth but also know that all

administration knows of the ultra vires Realm and its ability to dismiss all that mankind imposed

through the destruction of this planet and administration’s disrespect for universality of being and

our INALIENABLE RIGHT to access The Truth always.

For The Record:

The Memphis 3

21. In August 2011, I watched the Memphis 3 debacle play out on my television and I was

disgusted with the state and the United States because, The Holy Spirit affirmed the innocence of

the 3 persons who had their guilty pleas extorted and the jurists and judge permitted this lie -

suborned perjury - in his court room.

22. As already presented, new evidence that is indisputable like DNA determines

OBJECTIVELY the innocence or guilt and the judge and the governor must uphold this

principle or the Union of the United States is smashed because corruption has taken hold.

23. It is patently obvious from the DNA testing that none of the 3 charged and convicted

are those that committed the sin of murder. Therefore, under the principles of morality, which

supercedes/are superior to legalism, the governor of the state under petition from the lawyers from

the Memphis 3 not only HAD to dismiss or prevent the guilty pleas but also to dismiss legalism

because the jurists had refused to acknowledge the failing of the legal system across the family of

the nation states that is the Union of the United States.








24. Instead of Doing Right according to ultra vires standards and habeas corpus, the

jurists forced the innocent to confess to a crime and sin that they did not commit - suborn perjury -

while the world knows of the innocents’ innocence.

25. Clearly, the only path for Fundamental Justice to prevail in this matter

is for The Memphis 3 to petition The Office of The President of The United States not

only for the acknowledgment of their innocence based on the DNA evidence but also to enforce

Habeas Corpus - security of person for all universally as established by new evidence/The Holy

Spirit - so that all those shown by objective new evidence to be innocent have the authority to have

their innocence free them from the injustice of the judicial/interlocutory due process system.

26. Innocence is not grounds for a grounds for appeal as it is grounds for habeas

corpus and The Petition to The President of The United States to have The Truth impact thoroughly

in the matter as legalism has steadfastly refuted the power of new evidence to dismiss SIMPLY all

that mankind has created including a legal system where Fundamental Justice is not recognized

summarily nor is The Supremacy of God where new objective evidence proves simply innocence or

guilt thoroughly.

27. However, know this, crime and punishment was never supposed to rise in We, the

people, one nation unified and indivisible under God because only those without

the greatest sin of all - denial of the existence of The Creator - can judge others. Hence, only God

Almighty can judge all and not jurists drawing up criminal laws that impose interlocutory due

process/the debating of opinions rather than objective Truth defining innocence and forcing the

admission that democracy and crime and punishment are not part of THE FREE Society of Equals

and Its Realm based upon The Truth.

Objective Truth is also objective facts connecting across time that establish








innocence or guilt just as the term “temporary” in the real functioning of the WCB

means that the initial injuries are attached equally to all workers regardless of

location and, when the new evidence defines the cure or full resolution of the job

injuries known to have been caused by the work duties and when the cure is applied

to all, the “temporary” aspect of the job injuries is eliminated and not as the elected

bodies/administration have arbitrarily imposed where “temporary” is defined as 10

to 13 weeks and nothing more for all job injured.

Ergo, innocence and guilt are a fact of reality/God that must now be simply

acknowledged just as is whether job injuries are ongoing and unhealed due to them

never having been legitimately resolved due to the elected bodies dividing everyone

from the cure and advancement of the age of maturity to 25 and the new evidence

discoveries exposing the mature, healthy and kinetic functioning of the human body

after age 25 or sometimes even slightly older like up to 30: 25 is not arbitrary

because, by that age, the vast majority of persons have attained maturity, i.e. the bone

plates stop forming, but not all persons.

Legalism, as concocted by jurists/legalists in the late 1800's AGAINST the reality of legalism

historically - see the era of Qin in Ancient China and the reinstatement of The Mandate of Heaven

3 years after the death of this corrupt ruler, is now dead all over again and, once and for all and

forevermore, good riddance!

It was supposed to be standard knowledge that there is a state of existence BEYOND the letter of

the laws, called the ultra vires Realm/The Truth/The Holy Spirit , that has the FULL and complete

ability to dismiss all those ruling through the letter of the law–the gog– and those conditioned to

follow– the magog –as the laws are wrongly defined/presented as being “divine” against the lesson

of Luke 16:17 where the corruption of legalism was exposed to the remainder of the world: “ But,








it is easier for Heaven and earth to pass away than for one stroke of the letter of the law to fail!”

Today, God made sense for me of my monumental discover concerning The Supremacy of God Due

Process. In this weird due process, administrators have their advice, order and laws given “royal

ascent ” without challenge so that, when the new evidence repudiating the laws and order, that have

been enacted, comes forth, the second and far mor powerful title, Defender of The Faith, kicks in

and, upon The Petition from the disenfranchised of the laws and order, The Defender of The FaithMUST undo, at the request of the disenfranchised, all that the corrupt laws and their order

established because they and their order, simply put, was WRONG.

In this universe, there is Doing Right as supported by The Truth with all else being wrong.

The administrators in the past acknowledged this reality where the objective evidence will portray

its own mosaic of Truth that is omnipotent. Yet, nobody in administration ever talks about this

reality just so that God had to enlighten someone to bring forth this well hidden Truth and Its

authority over everything.

I remember rejecting evolution in university because it did not take into account objective evidence

since then which exposed that linear logic had no merit in this universe. I was right then and, due

to the standards of objective evidence/new evidence/The Mandate of Heaven/The Holy Spirit , I was

able to learn that The Supremacy of God is actually a due process which is exposed through

repetitive application of “devil’s advocacy”/BAD FAITH on the part of the decision makers in

administration.










In the end, the disenfranchised can only get Fundamental Justice if and only if he discovers The

Supremacy of God which makes that individual The Helper and the return of Jesus Christ and TheCreator/God Almighty/Allah/The Great Spirit/etc.

By playing “devil’s advocate,” the administrators in the british commonwealth have created me (the

role that arose from them playing false god) just as God Almighty has anointed my head with oil -

His knowledge.

Thank you, God Almighty, for all Your help and showing me that The Supremacy of God is a

due process meant to dismiss the rule of law principle once and for all and forevermore!

In this universe, The Truth will set you free from administration AND return you to

loving your neighbour and doing unto others as you would have done unto yourself .

There is nothing beyond these items - the Alpha and Omega Paradigm - but most steadfastly and

simply refuse to accept them and abide by them. Therefore, The Supremacy of God due process is

absolute corruption because most are simply waiting for someone to think for them rather than

everyone looking at the pure facts and dismissing the official line and administration.)

RE: Understanding medicine’s mistakes

To Everyone:

1. In my writing, I have always acknowledged the lost mature, healthy and kinetic

lifestyle based around this enigma that arises around our 25 year on this planet.th

2. Today, one physician tried telling me that whiplash is different from person to person.

That is correct because the harm done from the trauma accident is based upon the level of dyskinesis

resident to the person to which the trauma occurred.

3. For example, a person in the early stages of dyskinesis will have few effects and are

able to recover. But, a person having lived with dyskinesis for decades is going to suffer greater

injuries from which they may never recover.

4. However, all this is based upon lack of acceptance of the mature, healthy and kinetic

human body and making the world revolve around this entity, aka living according to this

forevermore and equally.

5. This physician also informed me that it is common knowledge that the growth

plates on the bones don’t finish forming until a body is 24-25 years and in some case even

older.

Yet, not one law reflects this known body of knowledge - not even the Juvenile

Act .








6. Now, you can see why I am different than the other physicians who concentrate on

diseases and impacts upon the dyskinetic human body. I, on the hand, have remained loyal/devoted

to finding the lifestyle of the mature, healthy and kinetic human body while dismissing all that

mankind has created as a consequence of this knowledge.

7. Also, mankind has perpetuated classes and corruption of thought because of the false

belief that mankind is a god and anything created by him is equal to that which existed before the

creation of the standards of mankind - the 0 in the 0 and 1 paradigm or the alpha and the omega that

everyone must return to due to it being sustainable.

8. David Hume of the 1700's got it all wrong because the matter of fact “principle” is

wrong when a production process devised by the elites produces what the consumers are seeing. A

house is not real even though it exists. Over time and WITHOUT MAINTENANCE, the house falls

down quite quickly but a mountain takes many hundreds of millions of years of erosion to disappear

if and only if the mountain’s growth does not exceed the rate of erosion.

9. To further prove the inaccuracy of the erroneous matter of fact “principle,” look at

the earth is flat standard for millennia as issued by all administrators. The fact that the earth appears

flat is misleading and the images from outer space affirm the roundness of earth, therefore, the

flatness of your visual perception is wrong and the matter of fact “principle” is disproved.

10. Also, gravity is not shrinking this universe as light force and its ability to combine

has allowed it to push this universe further and further apart. Therefore, the standard for thought for

centuries that the universe will collapse in “the big crunch” has been repudiated by our

empirical/objective observations of this universe.

11. The lesson to be learned is don’t just accept what 1 or 2 aspects of your senses are

telling you. Seek out the objective Truth and let It/The Holy Spirit dictate what is real and is not and,

therefore, the latter needs to be dismissed.








12. The mature, healthy and kinetic human body and its standards are irrefutable yet this

standard does not exists because it dismisses administration and false theories to the contrary. Also,

stop assessing data applied from the results on the dyskinetic human body as it gives false

interpretations.

13. It is medically known that the way we use our bodies is causing injuries both in those

not attaining maturity and those following maturity - the hidden WCB ergonomics divisions. Yet

everyone refuses to use the objective empirical evidence to change the theories pertaining to human

anatomy which are often WRONG and have been maintained through dishonesty, lies, deceit and

deception - “devil’s advocacy.”

14. The proper functioning of ginglymus joints and our extremities was known decades

ago and met the same dishonesty that I have encountered while the hinge mechanics were repudiated

by every x-ray film and now advanced imagery.

15. My discoveries are not a theory as the x-ray evidence, the Gadolinium enhanced MRI

and the laws of physics affirm. Yet, still the system has “outs” to having to change theories to reflect

reality just as in Galileo’s era and all over again.

16. Obviously, there is nobody to trust in the system because they have attempted to

abolish The Supremacy of God and make their thoughts and due processes replace reality all over

again!

17. Clearly by initiating a path away from The Truth, the zero in 0 and1 with the latter

being all that is wrong, nobody truly grasps just how pervasive “thinking as the system has imposed”

has destroyed The Truth especially since the aforementioned physician is allegedly a Christian who

attends church weekly yet still cannot see that he is living his life as Pontius Pilate where The Truth

cannot impact on his thoughts summarily.

18. It is truly scary just how much authority others have given over to the system rather








than look at the objective evidence and see it for what it is and what it portrays.

19. Don’t forget that there is no debating objective evidence like the x-ray films and the

application of the laws of physics along with the October 1991 tensile stress tests on the lateral

ligaments of the elbow nor Exhibit “K” on File No. PO-001 where the administration admitted that

it knew full well that its published decisions were garbage as they were “adverse” to The Truth

originally and this corruption was were maintained as “valid” even though all the due process did

was produce more opinions against The Truth as the current appeals commission decision for the

WCB Alberta is “ still adverse” to The Truth not just in my case but as for all overuse and repetitive

stress injuries across Canada in defiance of Everyone’s God Given Legal Rights: work caused the

injuries and the WCB is FULLY responsible to effect the reversal of the known injuries regardless

of when The Truth became known and effecting change in work so that these injuries stop occurring

once and for all and forevermore!

20. Obviously, by the dishonesty of administration, the only means for Fundamental

Justice to be reinstated across the New British Empire is Rule: Petition to The Defender of The

Faith because the system has usurped the role of “devil’s advocate” against Doing Right : this is the

simple principle of Fundamental Justice where one person approves the laws and God Almighty

through the objective evidence repudiates not only the advice of administrators but also the whole

organization of the civilization - the order - thereby allowing the disenfranchised to dismiss the

civilization but this time once and for all and forevermore.

21. The Family of Nations and democracy did far worse than nothing they replaced using

objective evidence/The Holy Spirit to establish the existence of The Creator/God/Allah/The Great

Spirit/The Mandate of Heaven/etc. as well as gave everyone the right to be wrong/opinionated versus

accepting and abiding by The Truth and Doing Right based upon It because, in this universe, there

is Doing Right as defined by the objective evidence with all else being wrong which can be

dismissed by The Truth that exposes the corruption of all that is wrong - Charles Darwin knew this!

other or else love the one and despise the other. NO MAN CAN SERVE GOD and

mammon - the pursuit of wealth and “devil’s advocacy” imposing this lifestyle

through usury.

Lesson: Luke 16:17

But, it is easier for Heaven and earth to pass away that for one stroke of the letter

of the law to fail!

This passage from Jesus Christ outlines perfectly, over 2000 years ago, “territorial

supremacy” for “the family of nations” that was to rise now along with the nations/division of We,the people, one nation unified and indivisible under God having been imbued,

by jurists/legalists, as having “ good name and reputation” that has since been repudiated time and

again in countless dictatorships and legalist states where The Supremacy of God is

suspended/dismissed without informing the people that the establishment of a constitution without

security of person as a God Given Right makes everyone into a servant of the jurisdiction or

numerous jurisdictions where they reside.

NOW, it is patently obvious to everyone that it is your rulers that are the problem and the fact

that they created a false reality/an illusion made real where everyone simply goes along with the

rules impose from elected bodies and thinking that what is being done is “good” and acceptable

when the pure facts, that repudiate your thinking/beliefs, are being forestalled from dismissing your

acceptance of the principle of ruling through the letter of the law which was never supposed to rise

again following the death of its original architect - Emperor Qin in China which can also be ascribed

to Pharaoh or Caesar in Ancient Egypt and the Roman Empire, respectively.

For an example of dismissal of one false belief, look at your respect for your doctor and his

diagnosis which is now nothing more than an opinion dictated by the provincial legislatures through

their definition of the pure facts and real diagnoses that they “permit” in their jurisdictions. Any

decision made by the appeals commission or the WCAT are “ final, conclusive and BINDING” not

only relative to your or one specific case and its mis-diagnosis but everyone else’ similar cases.

This usurping of the role of God in everyone’s lives explains why overuse

syndrome/repetitive stress injuries and their correlation to the dyskinetic contraction of themislabeled pronator teres muscle has resulted in people not knowing that hand pronation/supination

is also partially undertaken at the shoulder and the lateral ligaments of the elbow’s ginglymus joint

are the means for force transference across the radiocapitellar joint - formerly the radiohumeral joint.

Also, Canada has a huge body of lyme’s disease that the governments are now being exposed

as having swept under the carpet through the use of a diagnostic test that is not sufficiently accurate

to diagnose many cases of this disease which, upon DNA testing, affirms that the person has lyme’s








disease and needs to be properly treated.

There are serious problems in Canada’s medical system and they all stem from the elected

bodies gladly having usurped “territorial supremacy” through its use of decision making that is

“ final, conclusive and BINDING” regardless of what the pure facts say and once one decision of

this type is made it affects countless other decisions which then only leaves the Rule: Petition to

The Defender of The Faith to dismiss the resulting civilization that Canada and the british

across the entire New British Empire where administration and nations will cease to exist and...

It is easier for administration and their order, imposed through the strokes of the

letters of the laws, to be dismissed rather than Heaven and earth passing away.

For The Record: All states, provinces and nations are employers/corporations who just happen to

control the letter of the laws. Hence, the 1913 Sir William Meredith Covenant

has since been smashed as the employers took over the WCB and made it into an

employers’ insurance company. This standard is now being upheld by the lawcourts who are bound by the laws to uphold the enacted legislation both

provincially and federally. Ergo, the law courts are suborning perjury whenever

a disenfranchised person makes his case fully known to the law courts and the

jurists WILL always uphold the benefit of the doubt in favour of the state and

their enacted laws, explaining the label law courts.

In legal terms, this outline exposes the bait-and-switch confidence game where

The Truth Commissions of the past have had their agencies coopted by the

wolves in sheep’s clothing that made changes to laws that should never have been

changed and some that should never have been put in place to start.

In the british commonwealth, the monarch/ Defender of The Faith grants “royal

ascent” to the advice presented by nations and provinces without assessment of

legitimacy because, the new evidence going forward will dismiss all

administration if lies, deceit, deception and dishonesty/“devil’s advocacy” ever

is employed by the administration and its laws. Under these circumstances, the

To Everyone:

1. In The Petition to The Defender of The Faith, File No. PO-001, I exposed

The Supremacy of God Due Process from my personal experience and the corruption of this due

process where everyone lives in denial of The Truth by refusing to deviate from accepting the

“decisions” of the administrators and those derived from the enacted laws which are inherently

corrupt for the most part at this time.

2. But, as The Supremacy of God Due Process is in play currently, the world and its

administration has now left the matter of correcting the corruption entirely in the hands of The

Defender of The Faith based entirely on the pure facts that was presented in The Exhibits on

File No. PO-001 with The Defender of The Faith as well as the Peremptory Orders

derived from the pure facts and the administration’s admission of corruption - see Exhibit “K”

and Exhibit “Q” on File No. PO-001 with The Defender of The Faith.

3. Doing wrong is a given when it comes to administrative decisions being accepted

without scrutiny or as being beyond reproach. The corruption of the aristocracy usurping the

authority of God is also exposed from The Parliamentary Act of England circa 1911 - 100 years ago.

In this enactment, parliament and elections and democracy merely took over the corrupt authority

of the aristocracy - blood lines - for administrating the british empire - now the british








commonwealth.

4. As has been presented in my writings and according to The Supremacy of God Due

Process, neither the aristocracy nor democracy resolved the flaws of ruling through the letter of the

laws without the ultra vires state of existence and its authority to dismiss administration.

5. When people become disenfranchised from their God Given Right to life, liberty and

security of person and the right to honesty in decision making , we, the people, one nation

unified and indivisible under God , have the authority not only to dismiss the laws and

their order but also the administrative bodies once and for all and forevermore: The Petition to The

Defender of The Faith is thoroughly based upon Habeas Corpus because what is real and pure is

being denied standing in decision making for no good reason other than to maintain the false

pretense of godliness on the part of administration.

6. The lessons of history don’t seem to be sinking into everyone’s thoughts because

Adolf Hitler, Josef Stalin, Emperor Qin, Pharaoh, Caesar are all the same just spread across the

history of mankind where the rulers imposed their will on the people as well as defied the existence

of God.

7. In British Columbia, Gordon Campbell was forced out of office because he and his

cabinet imposed the HST, harmonised sales tax, after stating in the election campaign of 2010 that

he would not do so - this statement is a matter of public record.

8. On August 26, 2011, the people of british columbia voted to rescind the HST thereby

dismissing “territorial supremacy” by elected bodies throughout the british commonwealth.

9. Now, the world is in unchartered waters because, until now, administration had

“territorial supremacy” over everything including what God has created over millions of years and

His due processes: consequently, everything and everyone is a resource in its jurisdiction that must

be exploited to further mammon - the progress of the economy - according to the rulers ruling with








territorial supremacy.

10. The referendum in british columbia that ended August 2011 destroyed ruling through

the letter of the laws by administrator/elected bodies because it established that laws, even when

given “royal ascent” can be rescinded because not one enactment is given “royal ascent” based upon

correctness and NEVER has been.

11. But, that is the beauty of The Supremacy of God Due Process because, in due course,

those disenfranchised from the pure facts/ Holy Spirit /The Truth in their circumstances, as imposed

from the rule of law, can dismiss not just the corrupt decision making - its dishonesty - but also theadministration as it knew that ruling through the letter of the laws without honesty and abiding

by the pure facts would one day result in someone carrying The Hammer of The Truth and his

discovery of The Supremacy of God Due Process along with its corruption where the pure facts

are open to everyone where they must accept the ramifications of The Truth equally or else everyone

is living in an ungodly civilization with legalists/secularists/jurists defining reality rather than the

pure/objective facts.

How to act corruptly

12. In my WCB file, the pure facts support 100% that my ongoing right arm problems

and all my ill health, that has accumulated since then, are DIRECTLY RELATED to the job duties

that demanded improper use of hand pronation within the forearm as produced by contracting the

mislabeled pronator teres muscle. To confirm the DIRECTLY RELATED status, the initial physical

examination affirmed that my common extensor tendon at my right elbow’s lateral epicondyle had

been damaged from the job duties of June 1989 plus there were numerous complications in the hand,

wrist and lower joint of the forearm. In 1998, the Gadolinium enhanced MRI affirmed that my right

elbow’s common extensor tendon had been obliterated and repetitively torn since that time which








caused scar tissue to build up in my right elbow at the lateral complex both inside the joint as well

as between the joint and the common extensor tendon. (The internal joint scar tissue arose from the

constant tearing of the ligament around the radial ligament’s attachment from which the scar tissue

originates.)

13. Therefore, across time, there is an absolute connection—DIRECT

RELATIONSHIP—between my ongoing right arm problems as well as my other ill health of today.

14. However, as the appeals commission for the WCB Alberta indicated in Exhibit

“K” on File No. PO-001 with The Defender of The Faith, these “responsible people in

responsible positions,” as established by the elected body of alberta, knew the correlation quite well

as well as how to discredit The Truth in the matter in defiance of everyone’s expectations.

15. The responsible persons at the appeals commission for the WCB outright lied and

stated that, “there was no indication of a right elbow problem UNTIL September 1989” which the

WCB itself in March 1991 acknowledged was an outright lie as it found the diagnosis and the

results of the physical examination of my right elbow in the initial medical reporting. It is interesting

that the WCB Alberta’s own papers repudiate the lie put forth by the appeals commission for the

WCB Alberta that is responsible to the Minister of Labour and whose “decisions” are binding on all

within Alberta including medical professionals, the WCB, the elected body and the law courts.

16. Therefore, with the pure facts/ Holy Spirit dictating that administration was corrupt,

I, EJ Krass, was left no other option but to defend my God Given right to security of person by

petitioning The Defender of The Faith as I have already discovered that elected bodies and jurists

have dismissed The Truth from all decisions with the express purpose of forcing someone to

discover The Petition to The Defender of The Faith and The Supremacy of God Due Process in order

to dismiss administration once and for all and forevermore.

17. In The Supremacy of God Due Process, The Defender of The Faith has no other








option but to sign off on the Peremptory Orders provided by the disenfranchised as The Holy

Spirit / pure facts affirm the incorrectness in the circumstances and shows that the “royal ascent”

given to administrative enactments was done without any assurance of correctness at the time AND,

with the knowledge, that, if the advice was proven wrong, the pure facts/ Holy Spirit would be

grounds for dismissal of administration and all their laws except for those exposed to insure

Fundamental Justice without any other consideration: i.e. the laws uphold Everyone’s God Given

Legal Rights of life, liberty and security of person as well as our right to honesty in decision making,

the right not to be deprived of life, liberty and security of person except in accordance with The

Principles of FUNDAMENTAL JUSTICE not social justice.

18. Fundamental Justice dictates that all we have to give is love and respect for everyone

equally not a love of the system that mankind created and access to it - the corrupt foundation of

social justice as opposed to Fundamental Justice that demands acceptance of the pure facts and not

talking around them for the purpose of establishing endless debate!

19. The pure facts in The Exhibits on File No. PO-001 before The Defender

of The Faith leave no doubt that the administration is defying The Principles of Fundamental

Justice just so that someone will take up the challenge of acting on behalf of The Supremacy of God

Due Process and dismiss the corruption that the british empire became because nobody within

administration understood Fundamental Justice and was devoted to God/Allah/The Great Spirit/The

Mandate of Heaven so as to allow for ultra vires pure facts to dictate The Truth and produce its own

mosaic that is Heaven.

20. I have completed my job in the circumstances. Now, The Defender of The Faith must

do its: read The Exhibits on File No. PO-001, see The Truth and sign off on the Peremptory

Orders so that 5 laws outside of Luke 16:13 and Jesus Christ’s Golden Rule remain for the NEW

BRITISH EMPIRE whose intent is to reinstate the pursuit of Shangri-la/THE FREE Society of








Equals and Its Realm founded on The Truth without “privative clauses” hiding The Truth and people

being forced to trust responsible people in responsible positions including elected bodies and their

laws along with their law courts!

21. As stated at the start of this document, administration left The Defender of The Faith

no other option but to abide by The Holy Spirit and sign off on the Peremptory Orders presented to

it as The Supremacy of God Due Process was drawn up.

22. Real Fundamental Justice is omnipotent and beautiful because its existence and

application releases universality and THE FREE Society of Equals and Its Realm fromadministration and the thoughts of rulers which automatically created the following class: the ruled

whose thoughts are dictated by the ruler - The Big Lie as exposed by Adolf Hitler. Consequently,

everyone will be sifting through the mountain of laws to find the remaining laws that upholds

Everyone’s God Given Rights so that Doing Right is all that will resurface after having been

dismissed by the legalists so that the will of the rulers could be imposed upon the educated classes

rather than thinking critically where The Truth is all that defines the legitimacy of the words for

everyone.

justice having the right to sweep the injustice of dismissing Everyone’s God Given Legal Rights

under the carpet as if the system “can do no wrong” because The Supremacy of God Due

Process–Petitioning The Defender of The Faith –no longer “exists” which is an outright lie.

The civilization has no right to portray living within the laws as being godly nor all that is realwhen the ultra vires Truth repudiates this contention and dismisses ruling through the letter of

the law principle once and for all and forevermore!

In this universe, there is the objective Truth which is pure and omnipotent and produces Its own

mosaic of knowledge that existed unbeknownst to mankind AND that often conflicts with

mankind’s thinking PLUS The Truth has the authority to dismiss all parts of the illusion that was

made real through the manipulation of everyone’s thoughts and making people accept lies as

“truth” when, in fact, The Truth, whenever It becomes known, dismisses all the lies and

falsehoods that have been passed off by the rulers, as the “truth” while knowing full well this

“truth” is a lie and while awaiting their lies being dismissed just as it is the administration that

has accepted the “devil’s advocacy” role in this civilization game.

It is time to end the game(s) once and for all and forevermore!

PPS I never asked nor wanted this role and fulfilling the prophecies. By playing The Supremacy

of God Due Process “game,” the administration created the role for someone and that someone

happens to be me as I also am capable of accepting and abiding by The Truth wholly while

dismissing lies passed off as the “truth.”

I always wanted my arm back according to Everyone’s God Given Right to life, liberty and

security of person and honesty in decision making : my right arm’s functionality was destroyed

from the overuse syndrome at the June 1989 job site which was fully predicted given that I had

pretty much attained my mature, healthy and kinetic human body. After the job injury fromthe imposed abuse on my person, I wanted my arm’s mature, healthy and kinetic functionality

restored only to encounter The Supremacy of God Due Process game that can only be

dismissed by The Defender of The Faith but with the administration denying the existence of

The Petition to The Defender of The Faith Due Process, aka The Supremacy of God Due

Process. This denial is the final stage of “devil’s advocacy” and is the origin of all the games

under The Supremacy of God Due Process.








Throughout this corruption of thought and due process, I have been beaten up by the biggest

bullies ever created and I still remain devoted to The Truth!

By making a lie “binding ” on all decision makers, which includes everyone, I, like all other

long term job injured whose disabilities are easy to discern but are being denied legitimacy due

to the illegitimate application of temporary meaning “short time frame,” we have been

ostracised by everyone except those having been born into a loving family with the means to

at least maintain our existence on this planet. I have so often heard that, because this grand

body/organization or this person made this decision/put these words on paper, that that

particular reviewing individual has no right to doubt the validity of the corrupt words even

though the pure facts/The Truth/The Mandate of Heaven/The Holy Spirit /the objective

evidence repudiates everything being attached to me and all other long term job injured

standing up for the objectively supported Truth by the corrupt.

By simple definition, the way that things are being done across the confederation of Canadaand the british commonwealth constitutes brutally cold and calculated cruel and unusual

treatment because The Truth is being denied its Fundamental Justice Dictate on order from

the letter of the laws and elected bodies and all due to The Supremacy of God Due Process

where the corrupt actions of the elected bodies are upheld as “valid” by all against The Truth

because being wrong/corrupt/applying “reverse onus” invokes The Supremacy of God Due

Process that relies solely upon The Defender of The Faith having the authority and obligation

to insure the correction of the corrupt administration: a fact that is currently being outright

DENIED by the elected bodies and administration even though this contention is the lie meant

to maintain the historical corruption of administration.

Thus, The Defender of The Faith has been obligated by the actions of the administrators To Do

The Right Thing and acknowledge the authority of God to repudiate not only the advice of theadministrators that created the laws but also His authority to dismiss this entire civilization by

dismissing the administrative due process which has, for so long, created both rulers and the

ruled against the wishes of God/The Truth.

The reversal of fortune by Doing Right once again will be devastating but this civilization was

never supposed to exist and only does because the entire system is colluding against

Fundamental Justice and the pure and objective facts/The Truth/The Holy Spirit .

Once the doors to many hidden chambers are opened and their obscured pure facts revealed,

Everyone will see just how corrupt their lives have become as the class system has remained

intact in spite of centuries of unfulfilled promises to eliminate the class structures and produce

THE FREE Society of Equals and Its Realm.
