Context• ECI received word of award of FY 2020 SNAP-

ED funds in late September 2019 - $567,893

• Internal Letter of Instruction (LOI) completed with HHSC’s SNAP-Ed program and executed in October 2019

• ECI contract amendment format approved in mid November 2019 -- amendments began routing to programs

• Amendments routing and nearing execution

• Programs receiving approximately $50,260 each, based on number of ECI programs that chose to participate

• Reporting• A second webinar will be provided at the beginning of

February to provide further detail on each of the reporting requirements

Monthly Vendor Report – Financial invoice with brief program summary

-Being designed by ECI and approved by SNAP-Ed-Will include numbers served and primary intervention(s) provided during the month-Will gather baseline information related to SNAP-Ed key performance indicators

Quarterly EARS Report – Outputs and demographics Report that ECI must compile to provide to HHSC

SNAP-Ed on a quarterly basis HHSC SNAP-Ed will provide a training to ECI in

mid-January on the PEARS systems and will request information on whether programs need access; ECI to determine what’s best for us

Annual Report – Narrative/qualitative explanation of activities, outputs and outcomes, success & challenges; quantitative results related to key performance indicators
