INFILTRATOR WATER TECHNOLOGIES, LLC (“Infiltrator”) EZsnap by Infiltrator LIMITED WARRANTY ONE (1) YEAR MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP LIMITED WARRANTY

(a)ThislimitedwarrantyisextendedtotheenduserofanEZsnapbyInfiltratorriserandlidsystemandotheraccessories.AnEZsnapsystemmanufacturedbyInfiltrator,wheninstalledandoperatedinaccordancewithInfiltrator’sinstallationinstructionsandlocalregulationbyalicensedinstaller,iswarrantedtoyou:(i)againstdefectivematerialsandworkmanshipforone(1)yearafterinstallation.Infiltratorwill,atitsoption,(i)repairthedefectiveproductor(ii)replacethedefectivematerials.Infiltrator’sliabilityspecificallyexcludesthecostofremovaland/orinstallationoftheEZsnapsystem.

(b)Inordertoexerciseitswarrantyrights,youmustnotifyInfiltratorinwritingatitscorporateheadquartersinOldSaybrook,Connecticutwithinfifteen(15)daysoftheallegeddefect.
