We are happy to print from your supplied print ready artwork or you can let our design teamcan create something for you from your brief.

If supplying your own artwork, ideally it should be ‘print ready’. This means a pdf file with thefollowing requirements: • Supplied one up at the required size • Images to be 300dpi and converted to CMYK • 3mm bleed all round with crop marks.We can also accept other formats, such as Publisher files, Word files, etc, however we wouldneed to provide a pdf proof on these files types prior to print, therefore adding a day to theproduction times.

Prices for our design service vary according to the amount of work required. We offer 30minutes free artwork (excluding logo design), with additional time charged at £15.00 per 30minutes. We can provide an estimate upon request, however typical charges are given below:

Presentation FoldersTraditional methods of producing presentation folders require minimum run lengths of 500 folders due to thehigh set up costs involved. Easiprint have developed a range of A5 and A4 folders, which enable run lengths aslow as 50 folders to be produced economically.

Printed Full Colour onto white 300gsm board, our digital presentation folders have a docu pocket to hold paperon the right hand side and business card pocket on the left. These are ideal for raising the profile of yourbusiness without having to order high quantities.

1. TERMS AND PAYMENT1.1 Payment of goods for all new customers is due with order.

Delayed payment will delay the start of any print order.Print will commence upon receipt of cleared funds. Allsubsequent orders will be invoiced upon shipping on sevenday payment terms.

1.2 30 day accounts are available upon request and subject toapproval. Any credit account not paid within the agreedtimescale shall be placed on stop after that accountbecomes five days overdue. We then reserve the right toask for full payment of all invoices and / or remove thecredit facilities.

1.3 Any cheques returned by our bank as unpaid will be chargeda £15 administration fee, and cleared payment will berequired within three working days.

1.4 We reserve the right to pass all overdue accounts to ourdebt recovery company and pass on all costs incurred tothe customer.

1.5 We reserve the right to ask for payment with order on allaccounts, including approved credit accounts at ourdiscretion.

2. DELIVERY DATES2.1 Delivery of the work will be accepted when tendered.2.2 Unless otherwise agreed, delivery dates are a guide only, and

whilst we make every effort to adhere to the dates quoted,we cannot guarantee any delivery date unless specificallyagreed in writing upfront.

2.3 If an order is required by a specific date, it is down to thecustomer to check this will be possible before placing anyorder. We accept no responsibility for any losses incurreddue to delivery dates.

3. PROOFS & IMPRINT3.1 Please specify with order if proofs are required prior to

printing. Once a proof has been approved, we cannot beheld liable for any mistakes which may come to lightafterwards.

3.2 If no proof is requested, we cannot accept any liability forany errors.

3.3 At our discretion, we reserve the right to add our imprint onprinted matter.*

4. COPYRIGHT4.1 The customer shall be responsible for obtaining the

necessary authority to reproduce any pictures, maps,artwork, text, etc. The customer shall indemnify Easiprintfrom any claim arising thereof.

4.2 All artwork created by Easiprint shall remain the propertyof Easiprint unless an artwork fee has been paid by thecustomer. Artwork shall only be released if this fee hadbeen paid.

5. REFUNDS & REPRINTS5.1 The customer is responsible for checking that goods are

suitable for their intended use before they are used.Reprints or refunds will only be made upon return of allfaulty goods.

5.2 Any damage, faults or shortages must be reported to uswithin 3 working days of delivery.

5.3 Refunds will only be made if there is an error proved to bethe fault of Easiprint and we are unable to reprint to acommercial acceptable standard. In all other cases, areprint or credit note will be issued.

5.4 If a refund is agreed, this will be made within 30 days of theagreement.

6. COLOUR MATCHING6.1 Due to tolerances in printing presses, inks, papers, etc, we

are unable to guarantee an exact colour match. In all caseswe will print to a commercially acceptable standard. Smallvariations between proofs and runs will be deemedacceptable

7. QUOTATIONS7.1 All quotations remain valid for 30 days7.2 All quotations are subject to sight of artwork and may be

revised if necessary upon receipt of order.

8. CUSTOMER PROPERTY8.1 Anything you send us is at your own risk.8.2 If we are printing on customer supplied stocks, we take no

responsibility for any wastage or damage caused. Aminimum of 10% over will be required.

9. OWNERSHIP9.1 Title to goods remains with Easiprint until payment has been

made in full.9.2 In the event of non payment we reserve the right to collect

goods and/or contact addresses where we believe goodsmay be.

10. VAT10.1 VAT is payable on all applicable goods. Exempt goods include

leaflets, booklets, price lists and order of services.10.2 In the event of a dispute as the VAT rating of an order, our

decision will be final.

11. QUANTITIES SUPPLIED11. 1 All quantities supplied are subject to a 5% variance in either

direction.

12. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS12.1 Orders may only be cancelled in writing. All work carried

out up to the point of Easiprint confirming the cancellationshall be chargeable to the customer, including any speciallyordered stocks.

12.2 Customer cancelled orders are not entitled to a refund. Anymonies left after deducting the work carried out to the pointof cancellation will be issued as a credit note.

13. PROMOTIONAL USE OF PRINTER MATTER13.1 From time to time we may use printed overs as samples of

our work for other clients. If you do not wish us to useyour print in this way, please let us know in writing.

14. LIABILITIES 14.1 Under no circumstances do we accept liability beyond the

invoiced value of the work we have supplied. Neither do weaccept any liability for any consequential losses however soincurred.
