Where was it found?

It was found in it's natural habitat, the marine aquatic biome. It generally lives in temperatures between 68-71.6 degrees fahrenheit.

Was it improved upon another species?

Yes. It was improved on the Turritopsis nutricula. I want to improve it by allowing the transdifferentiation ability to go into humans, making us, theoretically, biologically immortal.

Properties of the Earthmohcellnetism

• multicellular (more than 1 cell)

• eukaryotic (has a nucleus. It must have a nucleus because it's in the animal kingdom)

• heterotroph (it sucks up plankton from the bottom, it goes into it's glowing, red stomach, and it digests it)

• reproduces sexually

• is in the eukarya domain, and would not be with another domain because it's not a bacteria.

• is in the animal kingdom, and would not be with another domain because of its animal organs

• it lives under the water, near the sea floor, it mainly eats plankton

• it's biotic parts of the ecosystem it lives in is seaweed, plankton, fish, turtles, jellyfish, zooplankton, and coral. The abiotic parts are water, rocks, the ocean floor, sand, oxygen, and sunlight.

Why should we fund this organism?

This organism, as I said, allows us to become biologically immortal through transdifferentiation. You would probably say that it would cause overpopulation! Sure, it would, but we can find other planets, such as the Kepler 62f, and we won't die of old age trying to land on it.

Physical Properties

• The Jellyfish Maximus is 4.5mm in diameter as an adult, but the children are 1mm in diameter. (smaller than a dime)

• The Jellyfish Maximus has 8 tentacles when it's first born, but when it grows into an adult, it has 80-90 tentacles.

• It can produce it's own light. It's mainly blue, except for the stomach, which is red.
