Employability Skills Workshop
Employability CampThis is a 2-day programme which addresses mindset change and specific skill sets needed for seeking employment. The workshop helps non-PMETs in developing a mindset for continuous learning, enhancing confidence and resilience in job search, managing change and information for job search.
Executive Workshop This is a 2-day programme which is designed to equip Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) with necessary skills to enhance their employability. Participants will pick up skill sets which are highly useful to their job search.

Skills UpgradingSkills upgrading is crucial in equipping oneself with relevant skill set to meet the changing market demands.
NTUC-Education and Training Fund (NETF) was set up to help our working people in skills upgrading and re-skilling.
NTUC members and U Network members are able to enjoy training subsidies under the following NETF programmes:
1. Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) 2. UTAP for Online/Blended Courses by Institutes of Higher Learning 3. UTAP Development Series
What is UTAP? UTAP is a training benefit for NTUC members to defray their cost of training. This benefit is to encourage more union members to go for skills upgrading. Union members can tap on more than 2,800 training courses to enjoy course fee subsidy, capped at a maximum of $250 per year, under the Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) supported by the NETF.

Learn more effectively at your own pace! In partnership with the Nanyang TechnologicalUniversity (NTU) and the Singapore University of Social Science (SUSS), NETF supports a suite of blended/online courses to encourage NTUC members and U Network members to take up such courses to keep up with technology and industry developments.

Take ownership of your skills development and lifelong learning with your SkillsFuture Credit.
If you are a Singaporean aged 25 and above, you will receive an opening credit of S$500 from January 2016. There is no expiry date for the SkillsFuture Credit and the government will provide periodic top-ups, so you may accumulate your credit.
