親愛的同仁及醫學院同學們：

國際學士後醫學學程（IPMT）從 2002 年以來提供一個沒有設限的入門課程，它提供人智醫學一般醫學及專科醫師培訓以及治療的可能

性。它給醫師和醫學院學生一個機會去認識人智醫學，並在沒有培訓課程的國家取得人智醫學的國際認證。類似的可能性也提供給護

理師、治療師和藥師。課程以德語或英語進行並翻譯成承辦國當地的語言。

在各大洲舉行為期一周的密集課程，讓來自不同文化的同仁們齊聚一堂，進行專業交流、討論共同關心的主題。在同一個屋簷下共同

生活，環繞的是支持歌德式植物觀察及研究的自然環境，IPMT 的學員們會深化他們對這種醫學取徑的理解：它的目標是在疾病的診斷

與治療上，運用對人、自然和宇宙的整體理解。我們從理解疾病開始，然後從這種理解去發展藥物治療、護理與外部應用、優律思美

和藝術治療以及心理治療等方法。此外我們也重視從社會面向去理解健康與疾病。我們會考慮個人與人類集體命運的戲劇性，還有內

在靈性發展、職業倫理以及健康的、富社會性的工作模式等問題。對我們特別重要的是以預防醫學、健康為導向的人智學自我教育與

藝術治療、具預防疾病特質的華德福教育以及活化土壤的生物動力農業。

人智醫學在奧地利哲學家、歌德研究者、人智學認識論的創始者－魯道夫‧史代納博士（1861-1925）與荷蘭醫師伊塔‧瑪麗亞‧薇格

曼（1876-1943）的協同工作下，由 1921 年瑞士阿勒斯海姆及德國斯圖加特首創的臨床治療中心而揭開序幕。人智醫學現今已於 80 多

個國家施行並持續發展。

IPMT 的理念與工作模式

以感官、肢體活動及思考的鍛鍊為基礎，對人的四個本質身體做出診斷

一種對人的全面性理解，需要自身的方法學：自然科學的觀察讓我們獲得許多對人體的理解，但它卻無法讓我們理解人的生命、心魂

和靈性。如果這些內容不該停留在「隱形狀態」，那麼我們就需要進一步適合它們的觀察方式。只有如此，我們才能找到通往這個有

軀體、有生命、有心魂的靈性存在－病患的途徑，在他生病的狀態下更好地理解他，並獲得以他整體存在為導向的治療。

1. 感官鍛鍊：

首先於大會上介紹歌德（J.W.Goethe, 1749-1832）的現象學工作方式，然後在小組中進行實際觀察練習。 我們所知在自然現象聚集狀

態裡的過程－或亞里斯多德氣象學意義下的四種元素：物質的固體狀態（力學）、物質的液體狀態（水力學）、物質的氣體狀態（空

氣動力學），以及物質基本上不可描述、純粹的熱狀態（熱力學）－它們和人的本質身體息息相關：固體元素建構了物質身體；液體

元素是生命過程的先決條件；心魂生命和呼吸、氣體元素相連結；最後，自我的意志活動則和溫熱連結在一起。因此對人的生命、心

魂及靈性的認識，會引領我們來到人和元素、自然、大宇宙的相關性，從而來到我們要感謝自然界的療癒的力量。這裡需要一個適用

於各領域、從現象去掌握本質的方法學。當代醫學提供我們豐富的、對細節的知識。它揭示了有機體內複雜的過程，但卻因此失去了

整體的關聯。除了慣常對現象世界分析式的審視方法－它分解有機體而因此導致其毀滅－在療癒的藝術上我們需要一個全觀的認識方

法論，它能在更大的、人的身心靈整體脈絡下去看待單一現象。「人只能用心才看得清楚」－修伯里（Saint-Exupéry）如是表述。歌德

其倫理－宗教的生活態度也指出同樣的方向：人只能認識心中所愛。陶冶愛而使它成為認識的力量並鍛鍊靈性的同理心－這是這個工

作的最高目標。歌德把這個過程稱之為：由被觀察對象的類型去決定觀察的方法。

2. 肢體活動鍛鍊：

在五個階段培訓模組中，我們會環環相扣按語言優律思美及音樂優律思美的法則性進行練習。優律思美動作藝術，是魯道夫‧史代納和

瑪莉‧史代納－肢體動作藝術家及語言藝術家－在第一次世界大戰前發展出來的。所有在自然界、人以及藝術中的過程，都可藉助肢體

運動而成為肉眼可見。因此優律思美的動作不具象徵性的性格，而是對應內在塑形運動和建構模型－它們存在於自然界的形式語言，

我們也能在人的語言－所有語種都存在的、以母音和子音構成的原型字母－找到它們。透過執行及練習這些動作，我們會獲得對自然

與人內在塑形及建構過程，以及與之而來對疾病及療癒過程更敏銳的感受。 在培訓課程的第一周，我們練習表達母音和子音的動作。

魯道夫‧史代納為這些動作所繪的草圖在這裡是關鍵性的輔助。接下來幾周還有其他的動作姿勢，它們對應的是音和音程，以及行星和

黃道十二宮星座的宇宙印記，接著會介紹音樂優律思美的法則，以及治療性優律思美的基本原則。

3. 思考鍛鍊：

我們每次選讀史代納和薇格曼合著的書《人智醫學療癒的秘密》其中一章來進行思考鍛鍊。在大會簡短的介紹後，就進入小組－鍛鍊

歌德觀察法的同一小組－開始思考鍛鍊工作。以這個可掌握的文本為基礎，我們要走一條鍛鍊思考的道路，它分成四個步驟：

a) 仔細閱讀文本，將段落編號，闡述文本呈現及所說的內容。把仍然不理解或是引發進一步問題的環節寫下來，在給定時間下繼續探

討。

b) 嚴謹追蹤思路從第一段行進到最後一段的過程：想法和想法是如何環環相扣的？在什麼地方，思想的線索似乎斷裂，為的是在另一

處再度被銜接上？哪裡出現了新的想法，並且－表面上或許毫無關連－和第一及第二個想法並列？「主旋律」是如何行進的？ 我們有

辦法靠自己重新建構魯道夫‧史代納發展出來的思想脈絡嗎？

c) 第一步和第二步比較著重於文本內容，以及表達出這些內容的思考方式；第三步則著重於釐清這一章的整體架構：開頭和結尾如何

相互關聯？在段落行進及推理過程中，是否有幾個鮮明的論點？還是所有一切朝向一個高潮推進－而它才是最終的目的？某個想法是

以雕塑方式從另一想法發展而來，或是由一種啟發靈感的風格，意即某個想法並不直接連結到下一個想法，而是它們是在一個鬆散的，

相互輝映的關係中彼此相隨？在這第三步裡－它跟一種深入的、藝術性的理解，以及這一章文本其內在與外在構造的方式有關－蘊含

著可能性：現在我們能以更為內在的方式把文本作為一件藝術品、一部作曲來解讀它，從而能獲得這文本脈絡及思想關聯更深層的信

息。

d) 思考的開展與理解其最後階段是：嘗試去逼近本質性的內容，意即：所說的精髓。魯道夫‧史代納的靈性科學研究是基於超感官經驗，

他能夠把這些經驗轉化為清晰的概念和思想關聯，因而也能用語言表達它們，並且讓一般具理解能力的當代人可以隨其思路而理解。

這條路我們要反向而行：從書面文本到思想效應，再到藝術性的啟示，最後到達所領悟內容之本質，以及自己對它的真實經驗。這是

上溯知識「源頭」的途徑。

診斷，治療與製藥過程

在醫師的研討課程裡，會根據不同的年齡層、專業領域和疾病類型來進行四個本質身體的診斷，並在此基礎上發展出治療概念。這些

治療概念是在藥物治療之外，還要包括外用治療和肢體療法的基礎面向（律動按摩等）、優律思美治療，還有藝術治療以及會談治療和

心理治療。如有需要，我們會發展出可能性，有意識地運用夜晚作為理解和靈感的來源。

在呈現疾病與進行病例報告之外，也會介紹製藥過程，讓我們能夠理解人智藥學以及療藥的製作。

職業倫理，冥思以及自我教育

在晚間，人智學邁向內在冥思鍛鍊及自我教育之路的基本元素，會緊扣著每日的回顧與前瞻，緊扣著學員的具體提問而得以發展。全

體會議後花一段時間在小組中聚會可能很有意義，特別是當各種治療專業都有代表參加時。然後會嘗試更聚焦地討論特定專業的倫理

問題（例如：針對心理治療師、牙醫師、護理師、醫師及其他專業）。

如何取得人智醫學國際認證？

1）參加五個階段的培訓計畫，這些模組可以個別參加；以一年參加一個或多個模組而決定培訓的速度。

2）定期自修，或參加當地的小組工作－如有需求也可以尋求 IPMT 的講師指導。

3）獨立完成三份病例報告和一個計劃項目。

4）由一位具人智醫師執照的醫師出具受其指導至少兩年的書面證明。

此外適用規範是由取得人智醫師認證的國際核心課程所訂。

＊這裡的基石禱詞，是魯道夫‧史代納於 1923/24 年在歌德館耶誕大會上所述。他以此給予新成立的人智學協會一個共同冥思的實質內容，

同時也為歌德館作為靈性科學自由高校奠定了靈性的基礎。

基石禱詞，為人智學醫者提供了大宇宙和小宇宙之關係一個明確的指引，並且對人類如何從靈性的存在基礎演化而來，指出了一條認識的道

路。

根據國際核心課程取得人智醫師認證的標準

1）人智醫師認證的前提是完整的醫學教育（具備醫師執照）。

2）參加五次為期七天的 IPMT 模組課程（每次 50 個小時）。

3）跟著一位導師工作至少兩年時間（平均每週 2.5 個小時）。

4）鑽研至少兩份人智學基礎文本－自學或是小組研討。

5）提交三份病例報告：獨立呈現病患的病史、診斷及治療。

6）提交一份計畫項目的工作報告，顯示申請者能夠

獨立運用人智醫學基礎知識從事醫療工作。

7）面試以取得認證：顯示候選人具有獨立運用人智醫學基礎知識的能力。

在 2018 年 10 月 1 日之前開始參加培訓的學員只需提交兩份病例報告，

不需提交計畫項目工作報告。

歌德館靈性科學自由高校與人智學協會

醫學部與全球的協同工作者共同致力於人智醫學的發展、研究和教學，並且在診所、治療中心及醫院實現人智醫學。醫學部連同其他十個部

門（教育、農業、普遍人智學、社會科學、造型藝術、語言與音樂藝術、青年、美的科學、自然科學、數學、天文學）共同屬於歌德館靈性

科學高校。這所高校和一所普通大學的共同點和差異性在哪裡？它將人置於中心位置，視其為一身體、心魂與靈性正在發展的存在。在充分

肯定自然科學方法的同時，這所高校輔以獨立的靈性科學方法學：這方法學以人的內在靈性發展為基礎，並可應用在生活及研究的所有領域。

因此，醫學不僅僅是「自然科學」；只有在診斷與治療上關照到人的身體、心魂與靈性本質時，醫學才會成為一種為人而存在的治療藝術。

要決定什麼是對病患有好處的治療措施，只憑一種單純事實性的知識是不夠的。我們需要全面的知識以及病患的參與－而在這裡會需要的基

本價值，是無法以自然科學去證明的。

靈性研究的領域需要的是人文科學的方法學和靈性發展。魯道夫‧史代納為此設立了靈性科學自由高校作為冥思的認識道路。在這裡，來自

各個部門、想要發展並代表人智學、想要打造靈性連結的人們一起工作。各工作領域的科學及實務活動從這種靈性工作中得到啟發，從而把

倫理－靈性工作和科學及實務生活結合起來。

靈性科學自由高校由全世界普遍人智學協會所資助。它連結了那些肯定靈性科學自由高校的正當性、並希望支持和增進人智學之文化影響力

內在鍛鍊的七個條件和佛陀的八正道

1）把自己的注意力放在促進身體與心理的健康上。
