Launch program, you will see the information registration.
Fill in the information as follow.
HOW TO REGISTER? HOW TO BE AUTHORIZED?
Register your information by program.
It will take minimum a week, if your information is validated.
Authorization code will be sent to your program directly.
If your information is poor and insufficient, such as wrong information or impersonate a SAMSUNG employee. You will be rejected and you authorization will not be issued .
Beware of registering right
Term of agreement
• Select use language.
• Mark on “I read term of agreement &accept.”
• Tap “Agree”
Register : SAMSUNG employee
• Step 1. Select country.
• Step 2. Select company name with “SAMSUNG” in a list.
• Step 3. Select type of business with “SAMSUNG” in a list.
• Step 4. Select the one of profession in a list.
• Step 5. Fill in your “Single e-mail” address. If not, you request and authorization will not be issued.
• Step 6. Fill in rest of items.
Register : B2B Partner
• Step 1. Select country.
• Step 2. Select company name in a list. If you company name is not listed in there, select “input value”. You can type your company name directly.
• Step 3. Select type of business in a list
• Step 4. Select the one of profession in a list.
• Step 5. Fill in rest of items
After you have done,
• Step 1. You will see the message that “You already requested the authorization. Please wait until your authorization issued.”
• Step 2. Your information will be displayed as figure.
• Step 3. If your information are validate and input faithfully, administrator of DVM E-Solution will verify you whom are the interested parties or not with SAMSUNG.
• Step 4. Authorization code will be delivered automatically into your program within a week.
Why my authorization is not issue yet?
• Case : If your information is poor and insufficient, such as wrong information or impersonate a SAMSUNG employee.
• Result : You will be released and you authorization will not be issued . Also DVM E-Solution program will be locked. You will never use DVM . E-Solution anymore, even you
uninstall it.
• Step 3. Beware of registering right information.

• You can browse the product detail specification in a various line-up.
• We support DVM/FJM indoor/outdoor & CAC model.
• EHS, hydro unit, ERV, ERV Plus model is not supported yet.
Capacity_Table
• It provides the product capacity table in a range of DVM model.
• It only support for air cooled DVM outdoor unit (Not DVM S Water)

• It provides the product capacity chart in a range of DVM model.

SEER/SCOP
• It provides SEER and SCOP value at various conditions.
• It only support for air cooled DVM outdoor unit.
• Condition of temperatures, weight factors can be manipulated manually.
• It will show graphical result as you see.
Energy simulation
• It provides annual energy simulation result based on real temperature data of specific city & country.
• If you have temperature data(365days & 24 hrs) in a specific city, HQ can store it and apply into our system.
• More detail information will be noticed.
• Select & add indoor units.
• Select outdoor unit.
Energy simulation
• Select & input all conditions.
• Proceed energy simulation with tapping “Result”.
• Your request will be sent to HQ DVM E-Solution server, then you will get the energy simulation result after 10 sec later normally.
Energy simulation
• Annual energy simulation result
• Based on cooling or heating usage by partial loads.
• It can be printed or saved in PDF the Energy simulation result.
