Before anybody enters the DTS site, it is important to determine ifhe/she:

is possible only after issuance of a medical certificate or statement
by a registered doctor (to be sent to HR department).
- has any of the COVID-19 symptoms: a more than 37.5°C / 99.5°F
temperature, a continuous cough, shortness of breath, and
sudden loss of smell and / or taste
- has been or is in close contact with, people who are, or who have
been infected by COVID-19 or who are displaying the COVID-19
symptoms.
Before going to work
5
► Take your T°C before going to work
- I can go to work unless I have any of COVID-19 symptoms: more than 99.5°F temperature, continuous cough, shortness of breath
99.5°F
- I inform my manager- I stay at home and monitor my temperature, and seek
medical advice if temperature continues to raise
99.5°F

Hands touch many surfaces
and can pick up viruses. Once
contaminated, hands can
transfer the virus to your eyes,
nose or mouth. From there, the
virus can enter your body and
can make you sick.
Pay attention, the symptoms do not apprear right
away. You may be infected and spread the virus
without any symptoms.
Upon arrival at work
7
► Temperature check at DTS
- You will have your temperature checked upon arrivalWith a non touch thermometer on your forehead
- If your temperature is over 99.5°F or If your temperature cannot be taken, you won’t be allowed to enter the workplace. If your temperature registers above the 99.5 degrees, you will be asked to sit for a few minutes, and someone will retake your temp.

- Wash your hands when you meet thosesituations
- Wash our hands regularly 20 sec. with soap- Always wash your hands according the
procedure communicated from DTS(see next slides)
At Work
12
► Three main reasons to wear a facial mask
1. Protect yourself
Wearing a facial mask prevents yourself from touching your
nose or your mouth directly with your fingers
2. If you are infected and you do not know, wearing a mask
protects your colleagues. Similarly, your colleagues' masks
protect you. The mask prevents an infected person to
spread respiratory droplets towards other people,
workstations, components,...
3. Wearing facial mask is the only protection when distancing of
6 feet cannot be secured or insured for a short time
Wash your hands frequently
Keep distancing at 6ft
