Distrito Santa Fe is a 9.5 million sf, high density mixed-use development in the heart of the financial and commercial district of Santa Fe, Mexico City. The project sits on a hilly site of25 acres and is composed of 8 high-rise towers ranging between 16 and 37 floors.

The project intends to attract a wide variety of businesses, companies

and professional services ranging from international, national and local

companies in the energy, R&D, high tech, Fortune 500, insurance and

creative class types. By starting with an approach that is finely tuned

and curated, the project will form a unique and desirable tenant-mix.

Additionally, the project will host one business class hotel, one

extended stay hotel, Costco, a supermarket, a 12 screen movie theater,

a museum, an aquarium, 25 restaurants, 40 retail stores, music

outdoor venue, central park with adult and children’s amenities, health

and wellness uses including gym, spa, MOB, and direct access to

Mexico City’s top hospital adjacent to the site. With the intent of

creating a diverse and thriving community, the project will have 680

micro unit apartments, 300 high-end condominiums and 400 senior

living CCR units.

Our vision is to create a place in Santa Fe that will bring together

businesses, merchants, residents, workers, visitors, shoppers and

families, to connect, socialize and foster community, entrepreneurship

and commerce in a highly active social environment.

Distrito Santa Fe will be a Live/Work/Play/Stay destination – a vibrant,

pedestrian-oriented district where all users and functions cohabitate in

a seamlessly integrated environment. The project is designed around

open public spaces that accomodate and enhance the

Live/Work/Play/Stay philosophy – a rarity in Mexico.

A rich and unique pedestrian-oriented retail experience will be

integrated into the project to create “A park that is a street, a street

that is a park”. The project will be highly visible and instantly

recognizable from afar. At the western edge of Santa Fe and Mexico

City, Distrito Santa Fe is expected to become an iconic, world-class

development for Mexico.
