The ability of an individual to influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute toward the effectiveness and success of the organizations of which they are members.

To redefine leadership and principles to becoming a distinctive leader.

It is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent.
