With November here, many of us take this time to give thanks to all the things we are grateful for. Technology probably doesn’t come to mind, but it has become so much a part of our lives, it would be hard to imagine life without it. To keep in the spirit of thanks, this week I thought I would leave you with a few points why we should be thankful for technology and all the things it does for us. Improves our Lives – Technology advances have touched so many aspects of our world from im-provements in medicine to automation and communication. Technology has created jobs, enhanced our safety and intensified the sense of community by making our world more connected Enhances our Creativity – We have more sophisticated tools, thanks to technology, to express ourselves and share these expressions to an even bigger audience. We can edit our own music, publish our own artwork, and even produce our own videos, all with technology. Things are More Accessible – Technology has made us more connected to those not only near our home, but also, around the world. It provides us with a wealth of information that is right at our fingertips. Technology is responsible for linking us to family and friends, new places in the world, even educational opportunities and much, much more just in the matter of minutes.

It’s Fun – The “fun” aspect of technology is probably the biggest reason

we are all so addicted to it. Technology adds new and interesting dimen-sion to things we already and makes them even more enjoyable. Who

doesn’t love instantly communicating face-to-face with friends or family a

world away or taking our love for scrapbooking to Pinterest posting?
