COMMITTEE (DPC) HELD ON 29-12-2015 TO CONSIDER PROMOTION OF LAB

ASSISTANTS TO THE POST OF LAB SUPERINTENDENTS (BPS-16), LAB

SUPERVISOR (BPS-14), SENIOR LAB ASSISTANTS(BPS-09).

A meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) was held under the

Chairmanship of Professor, Noorullah Khan Wazir, Director Higher Education, Khyber

Pakhtunkhwa in his office at 10.00 AM on 29-12-2015. The following attended the meeting.

(i) Mohammad Roz Khan, Additional Director, Directorate of Higher Education, Khyber

Pakhtunkhwa.

(ii) Mohammad Bashir, Deputy Director (Establishment), Directorate of Higher

Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

(iii) Mst. Zubia Qamar Deputy Director (Female), Directorate of Higher Education

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

(iv) Mr. Shah Saud, Section Officer (Colleges-IV), Higher Education Department Khyber

Pakhtunkhwa.

(v) Sahibzada Inayat Haleem, Superintendent Promotion Cell Local Office.

(vi) Mr. Ahamd Ullah, Senior Clerk, Promotion Cell.

2. After recitation from the Holy Quran, the Chair welcomed all members of the

Committee, and asked Deputy Director, (Establishment), to throw light on the

proposed promotion of Lab Assistant. Consequently the Deputy Director

(Establishment), apprised the committee on the new service structure of the Lab

Assistant, on the overall sanctioned positions as well as the rules under which

promotion is to be made.

3. After threadbare discussion it was unanimously decided that as the Lab Assistant

working in the FATA colleges are Provincial employees and work in FATA on

deputation without deputation allowance, hence they deserve to be promoted on the

basis of having placed in the same seniority list.

4. The DPC recommends the following Lab Assistants(BPS-07) for promotion to the

post of Lab Superintendent (BPS-16), Lab Supervisor (BPS-14), Senior Lab

Assistants (BPS-09) (male) on the basis of Seniority cum fitness as per details given

below.

ASSISTANT (FEMALE ) TO THE POST OF LAB SUPERINTENDENT (BPS-16),

LAB SUPERVISOR (BPS-14), SENIOR LAB ASSISTANT(BPS-09).

A meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) was held under the

Chairmanship of Professor, Noorullah Khan Wazir, Director Higher Education, Khyber

Pakhtunkhwa in his office at 10.00 AM on 29-12-2015. The following attended the meeting.

(i) Mohammad Roz Khan, Additional Director, Directorate of Higher Education, Khyber

Pakhtunkhwa.

(ii) Mohammad Bashir, Deputy Director (Establishment), Directorate of Higher

Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

(iii) Mst. Zubia Qamar Deputy Director (Female), Directorate of Higher Education

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

(iv) Mr. Shah Saud, Section Officer (Colleges-IV), Higher Education Department Khyber

Pakhtunkhwa.

(v) Sahibzada Inayat Haleem, Superintendent Promotion Cell Local Office.

2. After recitation from the Holy Quran, the Chair welcomed all members of the

Committee, and asked Deputy Director, (Establishment), to throw light on the proposed

promotion of Lab Assistant. Consequently the Deputy Director (Establishment), apprised

the committee on the new service structure of the Lab Assistant, on the overall sanctioned

positions as well as the rules under which promotion is to be made.

3. After threadbare discussion it was unanimously decided that as the Lab Assistant working

in the FATA colleges are Provincial employees and work in FATA on deputation without

deputation allowance, hence they deserve to be promoted on the basis of having placed in

the same seniority list.

4. The DPC recommends the following Lab Assistants (BPS-07) for promotion to the post

of Lab Superintendent (BPS-16), Lab Supervisor (BPS-14), Senior Lab Assistants

(BPS-09) (Female) on the basis of Seniority cum fitness as per details given below.
