with

living

witnesses

as

my

record.

as

such

we

will

readtheNOTICEOFELIGIBILITYOBJECTION.Myrighttofreespeechisinfiniteandnoonecantakethat

fromme,butgod..sothatwontbeprohibited.AndIpromiseIwonttakemuchofyourtime.

TheChairofSaintPeteristhePrincipleandprimaryTrusteeoftheGlobalEstateTrustunderwhose

jurisdictiontheRomanCuriaoperates.TheChairofSaintPeterisboththeEcclesiasticaswellasthe

organicTrusteeoftheGlobalEstateTrustwithafiduciarydutytotheDivinelivingbeneficiaries.

TheCityofDetroit,THECITYOFDETROIT,TheUNITEDSTATESBANKRUPTCYCOURT,andthe

UNITEDSTATESTRUSTEE(s)arelegalfictionAlienTrusteeswhooperateunderthejurisdictionofthe

RomanCuria.

The

people

of

The

City

of

Detroit,

the

true

creditors

in

the

matter

at

hand,

have

requested

the

Chair

of

SaintPeterinterveneontheirbehalftoofficiallyobjecttotheproceedingsandtocompelthereturnof

thepropertytothePrincipleforadministrationinoriginaljurisdiction.

ThecreditorsintheBankruptcyofTHECITYOFDETROITofficiallyobjecttotheeligibilityofTHECITYOF

DETROITasadebtorforthefollowing:

1) The300yearoldCityofDetroitisfinanciallysolventastheinhabitantsthereofhavetheabilitytopay,viasetoff,allobligationswhenproperlypresentedwithaBillasallaccountsarepre

paid.ThelegalTHECITYOFDETROIThasfailedtotenderavalidBillcontainingasumcertain

therebypreventingsatisfactionandaccordtofacilitatethecontinuedeconomicslaveryofthe

peopleofTheCityofDetroit.

2) Thebankruptcypetitionisintentionallyconfusingandmisleadingfailingtostipulatethespecificmeaningsofthewordsusedinthepetitionwhileemployingmultipleanddiabolicallyopposedmeaningstothewordsinthebodyofthedocumentidentifyingtheinhabitantsascreditors

andthendebtorswithaneedtobeprotectedfromthemselvesinbankruptcy.

3) Itislessthat80yearoldlegalfictionTHECITYOFDETROIT,adevicewhichhasbeenintentionallymismanagedbypoliticians,bureaucratsandconsultantswhosewordsmithingand

slightofhandthathascasttheinhabitantsintoeconomicslavery,whichisintentionally

insolvent.

4) THECITYOFDETROITisadevicecreatedbytheTrusteesandAdministrators,GuardiansoperatingunderthejurisdictionoftheRomanCuria,whohavingtrickedthepeopleinto

pledgingtheirpropertyascollateral,whichhasfraudulentlyconvertedthetrueCreditorsinto

debtorsreducingthecreditorstothestatusofinsolventpaupershavingnorights.

5) thecityofDetroitisalegalfictionAlienwhohashypothecatedthecreditofthepeopleofTheCityofDetroitandholdstheprivatematchingfundswhorefusestoexecutethesetoffof

debtforthesettlementandclosureoftheaccountstoreturntheCityofDetroitandTHECITY

OFDETROITtosolvency.{thesearetwodifferententities}

IthasbeenestablishedinfactthatTHECITYOFDETROITisalegalfictionAlienwhose

ownershipand/orcontroloverthepropertyandcreditofthepeopleisadverselyaffectingthe

GlobalEstateTrustaswellasthelivingbeneficiariesthereof.

ThePeople,thetruecreditors,andthePrincipleINREthebankruptcyofTHECITYOFDETROIT

herebysetforththeremedy,towit:Theimmediatesetoffofthedebtforsettlementand

closureoftheaccounts,liquidationofthelegalfictionTHECITYOFDETROIT,andthe

immediatereturnoftheproperty,viaescheat,tothePrincipleforadministrationinoriginal

jurisdiction.

WehaveproposedaDetroitRecoveryPlantoimplementthis.

(COURT)YourtimeisupIwillgiveyouanothermomentorso.

(CoSP)Itsgoingtobeaboutthree,butIwillwrapupassoonaspossible.

Aswelookarounduswecanseethatmanagingtheeconomicemergencysince1933hasnot

turnedoutsowellforthepeople.Theemergencymanagementbythepresentcivil

administration,fundedbythegoodfaithandcreditofthepeoplehasdramaticallytarnishedthe

credit

and

reputation

of

the

people

as

it

converted

the

creditors,

we

the

people,

into

debtors

andreducedusinstatustothatofinsolventpaupershavingnorights.

Managingtheemergencyhasgivenrisetoaperpetualemergencywithincreasinglymoredire

consequencescastingusallintoinsolvency.Emergencymanagementbythepresentcivil

administrationhasresultedinthecreditors,wethepeople,beingreducedtodebtorsand

enemiesofthestateundertheTradingWithTheEnemyActunderwhichthepresentcivil

administrationhaswagedwaragainstthepeople,thecreditors,fordecades.Thehavewagedan

economicwaragainstthepeopleaswellasawaragainstcrime,waragainstdrugs,waragainst

hinderandhomelessnessandawaragainstterrorismwhichhasresultedindramatically

increasedcrime,increasedillicitdrugabuse,increasedhungerandhomelessnessandincreased

terrorismandwar.

Detroitisaclearexample,establishingtheevidence,thatmanagementoftheeconomic

emergencydeliverstousanevengreateremergencywithwhichtomanage,allattheexpense

ofthepeople,thetruecreditors.Managementbythepresentciviladministrationhasturned

Detroitintowhatlookslikeawarzonedestroyingourneighborhoods,ourfamilies,ourfamily

valuesandoursenseofcommunity.

beneficiaries.THECITYOFDETROITshallimmediatelyceasetheauctionand/orsaleofproperty

andassetsofthepeopleaswellasalllotteriesandimmediatelyconveythepropertytothenew

administration.

AninterimMayorandCityCouncilshallbeappointedandempoweredunderthecharterof

1857tomakethetransitionbacktosolvency.Theinterimgovernmentshallbeprovidedthe

toolsnecessarytosetoffthedebtandbeginthedistributionofthemesnefundsthereby

returningthepeopleofDetroittoabundanceandprosperity.

ThePOST.NETbankingnetworkhasbeenestablishedbytheUniversalPostalUnionin

conjunctionwiththeUSDept.ofCommerceasaglobalbankingnetworktofacilitatethe

electronicfundstransfer(EFTs)todischargethedebtandmakethereturnofthepropertyinthe

exchange.

Therewerewellstatedlegalarguments,wellstatedpersonalconcerns,wellstatedarguments

aboutourpoliticalprocessandImgoingtosuggesttherefore,stronglysuggest,thateveryone

whohasastakeintheoutcomeofthiscase,mostofwhomunfortunatelywerenotheretoday,

shouldtakethetimetolistentotheaudiorecordingofthisproceeding,thisentireproceeding.
