How can I use Design Thinking in my company?
Design Thinking can be used to:
- improve existing or develop new solutions (products, services, etc.) that satisfy and delight people (customers, employees, etc.)!- develop innovative teams and improve overall organisational culture, customer service, motivation and morale (through team building or work on projects)
Why does it work for organisational culture?- MOTIVATION: employees focus on creating a solution that makes customers AND them happy !- CREATIVE CONFIDENCE: employees know that they solve a REAL PROBLEM; looking for a solution through prototyping develops their CREATIVITY; testing the solution gives them the CONFIDENCE that they are solving the problem WITHOUT WASTING RESOURCES
