Obstacles Rates and Job Category Descriptions are difficult to report from if data entry

is inconsistent throughout the database. If you enter some JCTs at the Account level and other at the Sub Account level you must use multiple copies of CT05JCT and CT04LBF to get your data. (Custom Joins)

Getting data from Excel to ICE Model Copying the schedules from excel to the ICE model is mainly a copy and

paste process Schedules B, C, and D, make sure to avoid pasting into adjustments/notes For schedule H, make sure Direct Costs are ONLY pasted and NOT Indirect

Burden For schedule J, copy and paste should be sufficient, no need to exclude any

data For schedule K, only labor categories and T&M rates should be pasted into

ICE model, for ODCs and Burden Rates should be linked from other schedules

Getting data from Excel to ICE Model Tips:

Make sure formulas or links are NOT wiped out when pasting or inserting data into ICE Model

Make sure when pasting or inserting rows that subtotals cells are summing all rows

Always verify data against GCS to make sure the excel and ICE model tie out

A good reconciliation process is to match the Totals from schedule H to GCS Income Statement (i.e. Direct and Indirect Costs)
