way to do this is to take the

“spider diagrams” in Figure 1 and

enter your self-assessment for

each maturity dimension by

making a colored dot on the

cross-hatch that best matches

your current state. Connect those

dots with lines, and you’ve made a

picture of your current “coverage”

of the maturity dimensions. Then

place another colored dot for

where you want to be a year from

now, and yet another dot for

where you want to be two years
