2. Installation Guides2.1 Door Installation
Based on the provided hole drawing template (separate sheet) to drill holes.
Mount and screw latch.
Drill and mount strike plate on the door frame.
Mount as illustrated, connect cable to pass through cable holes and fasten screws.
Caution: Do NOT suppress the internal connection cables when fixing the front and rear lock bodies.

2.2 Routine Care and Maintenance1. Do not allow contact with corrosive substances or use harsh abrasives that will scratch the surface 2. Do not hang objects on the lever 3. Always use quality batteries and replace them as soon as the low battery signal is activated 4. Apply lubricant on the moving parts regularly to prolong product life

3.2.1 Download APPDownload the "Delf Smart Lock" APP from iOS or Android APP store and register an account
3.2.2 Setup and Pairing
Pairing
(keep phone & lock within 1 meter, the closer the better)
(1) Enable smart phone's Bluetooth and login App
(2) Click "+" or "Add new device" and then click "searching" icon

(2) Press "Lock" icon to unlock
(wait for 5 seconds before conducting next eKey unlock)

Timed: eKey is allowed to operate the lock between the start time and end time
"One-time": eKey is allowed to use one time only
“Cyclic”: This eKey will be repeated weekly

Remarks: User name must be pre-registered in APP

Freeze: Suspend eKey
Thaw: Unsuspend eKey
Authorize: Authorize user rights
De-Authorize: De-authorize user rights

"Permanent": no time limit
"Timed": set the start and end time.
"One time": use one time only.
"Erase": App generates a code to user who keys in from lock keypad to erase all passcode, this generated code is valid for 24 hours.
"Customized": user defines own Passcode combination (4-9 digits).
"Cyclic": passcode is allow to set the start and end time. This passcode will be repeated weekly

Auto lock time ranges from 5s to 900sIf set to 0s, the auto-lock function is disabled and the door is always open

3 When accessing by card/passcode, the buzzer with long "di di di di" sound. The lock couldn’t be opened
(1) Wrong or unregistered card (2) Wrong or expired passcode

4 Access validation is successful but the door cannot be opened.
(1) Loose or wrong cable connection(2) Electronic or mechanical failure
Reinstall the lock to makesure all cables are connected correctly or call your service agent to inspect and fix
4. Reminders4.1 Low Voltage AlarmWhen the user presses the keypad to wake up the door lock, if the keypad back lights blink fast 8 times, please replace batteries to maintain normal operation
4.2 Keypad LockWhen a user enters the wrong passcode 5 times in a row, the keypad will be automatically locked for 5 minutes. During the 5 minutes, the back light of the keypad will flash once if the keypad is touched to signify the keypad is still locked. The unit can only be unlocked during this period by using the APP.

1 Smart Lock is successfully recognized passcode/ekey/card with long "di" sound,but the lock couldn’t be unlocked
