1. General Information1.1 Product IntroductionThe Smart functions of this lock can be operated through the mobile APP to unlock the door, send a passcode, give Administration permission to someone, check the lock/unlock record log, or even send a social media message.

2. Installation Guides2.1 Door Installation

Based on the provided hole drawing template (separate sheet) to drill holes.

Mount and screw latch.

Drill and mount strike plate on the door frame.

Mount as illustrated, connect cable to pass through cable holes and fasten screws.

Caution: Do NOT suppress the internal connection cables when fixing the front and rear lock bodies.

2.2 Routine Care and Maintenance1. Do not allow contact with corrosive substances or use harsh abrasives that will scratch the surface 2. Do not hang objects on the lever 3. Always use quality batteries and replace them as soon as the low battery signal is activated 4. Apply lubricant on the moving parts regularly to prolong product life

3. How to Use the Smart Lock Default Administrator Passcode (Factory Setting): 123456#

3.2.1 Download APPDownload the "Delf Smart Lock" APP from iOS or Android APP store and register an account


Pairing

(keep phone & lock within 1 meter, the closer the better)

(1) Enable smart phone's Bluetooth and login App

(2) Click "+" or "Add new device" and then click "searching" icon



(3) Touch keypad and click "Next"

(4) Click "+" to pair

(5) Name the lock and click "OK"

3.3 APP Operation Guides

(1) Enable phone Bluetooth and click lock name

(2) Press "Lock" icon to unlock

(wait for 5 seconds before conducting next eKey unlock)

(1) Select door lock in main page

(When there is Bluetooth connection between lock and phone)

3.2 Send eKey



(2) Click "Send eKey"

(3) Select type of eKey

Timed: eKey is allowed to operate the lock between the start time and end time

"One-time": eKey is allowed to use one time only

“Cyclic”: This eKey will be repeated weekly

(4) Enter recipient's user name

Remarks: User name must be pre-registered in APP

(5) Select "Freeze/ Thaw/ Authorize/ De-Authorize"

Freeze: Suspend eKey

Thaw: Unsuspend eKey

Authorize: Authorize user rights

De-Authorize: De-authorize user rights

(6) Click "Freeze" / "OK" to apply changes

3.5 Send Guest Passcode

(3) Specify Passcode mode/time

"Customized": user defines own Passcode combination (4-9 digits).

(4) Press "Generate Passcode"

3.5 Send Guest Passcode

(5) Click "send icon" on top right corner

You could send Passcode by Wechat/WhatsApp/Line/ Messenger/email/SMS which are enabled in your smart phone




3.6 Delete Guest Passcode

(valid if within Bluetooth connec-tion)

(2) Click "Passcodes"


(4) Choose "Reset Passcode"

(5) Click "Reset"

(6) Enter APP account passcode and click "OK"

The Smart Lock will automatically re-lock after 5 seconds

Auto lock time ranges from 5s to 900sIf set to 0s, the auto-lock function is disabled and the door is always open

3 When accessing by card/passcode, the buzzer with long "di di di di" sound. The lock couldn’t be opened

(1) Wrong or unregistered card (2) Wrong or expired passcode

(1) Register the card(2) Set a new passcode

4 Access validation is successful but the door cannot be opened.

(1) Loose or wrong cable connection(2) Electronic or mechanical failure

Reinstall the lock to makesure all cables are connected correctly or call your service agent to inspect and fix

4. Reminders4.1 Low Voltage AlarmWhen the user presses the keypad to wake up the door lock, if the keypad back lights blink fast 8 times, please replace batteries to maintain normal operation

4.2 Keypad LockWhen a user enters the wrong passcode 5 times in a row, the keypad will be automatically locked for 5 minutes. During the 5 minutes, the back light of the keypad will flash once if the keypad is touched to signify the keypad is still locked. The unit can only be unlocked during this period by using the APP.

1 Smart Lock is successfully recognized passcode/ekey/card with long "di" sound,but the lock couldn’t be unlocked

(1) Lock is improperly installed(2) Internal parts for instance spindle, spring or motor is disposition after abnormal use

5 The door latch couldn't retract (1) Stuck by foreign object/duct(2) Internal Part is dislodged or displaced


6 No response on the front panel keypad

(1) Batteries are flat or too low on charge(2) Batteries are installed incorrectly (+/- polarity)(3) The connector cable is disconnected

(1) Change to new batteries(2) Follow +/- indicator in battery compartment to re-install batteries(3) Call a professional locksmith to inspect and fix
