Procedures for Reviewing, Updating, Modifying or Terminating AgreementThe Program Director, of the Didactic Program in Dietetics, at Queens College will monitor and periodicallyreview this agreement with the Dietetic Technician Program Director at Suffolk Community College andintroduce changes, or terminate the agreement, after approval by administrative offices of both institutions.

Procedures for Evaluating AgreementUpon graduation from SCC and admittance into QC, each participant in the program will be advised by theDidactic Program in Dietetics advisor who will ease the transition from SCC to QC and provide continuingguidance until the successful completion of the BA. Advisors will compile performance data on their advisees.This information will be collected and analyzed to assess the program's success and develop recommendationsfor changes as needed.

Procedures for Publicizing AgreementThe program will be described in the Suffolk Community College catalog and SCC faculty will advise studentsof the benefits of the articulation agreement including:

• a strong academic program initiated at SCC and continued through this articulation agreement at QueensCollege

• an advisement program which assigns students a specific counselor at SCC and then at QC to ensure thatthey progress successfully through, and in compliance with, the program.
