A simple recipe: MARMORNI KOLAČ - Marble Cake
6 jajc9 žlic sladkorja + vanili sladkor (po želji)9 žlic olja9 žlic moke + 1 zavitek pecilnega praška9 žlic mleka 1 žlica kakava ali čokolade
6 eggs9 spoons of sugar + vanilla sugar 9 spoons of oil9 spoons of flour + baking powder9 spoons of milk1 spoon of cocoa or chocolate
Rumenjak ločimo od beljakov. Moko
pomešamo s pecilnim praškom in presejemo.
Stepamo rumenjake, ½ sladkorja; počasi
dodajamo še ostale sestavine brez kakava.
Beljake in preostali sladkor stepemo v trd
sneg in umešamo v jajčno maso. Nato to
razdelimo in v eno polovico presejemo kakav.
V pomaščen in pomokan pekač vlivamo
izmenično svetlo in temno testo. Pečemo v
okroglem modelu za kolače 45 minut pri 180˚.
Ko je kolač pečen, ga s pekačem vred
obrnemo na rešetko in pustimo, da se ohladi.
Potem ga začnimo jesti z užitkom!
Separate yolk and white of the eggs. Mix
baking powder with flour and sift. Whisk yolk
and half of the sugar; slowly add other
ingredients without cocoa. Make whipped eggs
and add to the egg mixture. Split the mixture
and stir in one part the cocoa. Pour the light
and the dark mixture onto a round marble cake
baking tin. Bake it for 45 minutes at 180˚, turn
it over a grate and let it cool down.
