Care Through Conversation: TCAD Telephone Reassurance Program

We recognize that older adults and caregivers are facing many hardships due to COVID-19. We want to show you care through conversation and make sure your needs are met during this very difficult time. Each week, we can have a volunteer call and check on you or a loved one. During these calls, we will check-in, assess your needs, and see if there is any way we can better assist you. At mini-mum, our volunteers will conduct one call a week, but you can request more if you need it.

The above program is provided by the Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability. If you would like to apply for this program call Becky or Ferlin at 484-4546 and we will submit an application for you.

If you are interested in this services please call Becky or Ferlin at 484-4546 and we will get you signed up.

As a tenant, you are responsible to keep your home clean and clutter free. Non-compliance will result in lease violations and fines.

The City of Crossville’s Property Maintenance Code and the Crossville Housing Authority policies do not allow the accumulation of rubbish or garbage on the interior or exterior of all properties. Interior of units must be neat, clean and sanitary. Please refer to your Housekeeping Standards for more information.

If you have items in your yard or on your porch that are not acceptable outdoor items allowed by CHA you must remove them immediately. CHA policy requires that front porches and yards must not be clut-tered with debris, trash, or personal items. Front porches may have appropriate outdoor furniture. Pot-ted plants and flowers are also permitted, but must be well-maintained and not be excessive.

Failure to keep your unit clean inside and out will result in fines, and may lead to eviction. If CHA has to remove rubbish from your property, there will be a $50 per load fee charged to you.

Do your part, keep your home and yard clean!
