IF you want a good grade….

You need to do assignments and keep your notes, vocabulary, and assignments.

You need to do YOUR OWN work. Copying someone else’s Class III assignment will NOT help you pass a Class I or II.

Classwork is the time to ASK QUESTIONS. If you need to clear something up, ask for help/ask for clarification during notes. If you get and assignment back and missed something, look up the correct answer or ASK me or another student what the correct one was. A grade on an assignment is FEEDBACK.

IF you want a good grade….

“Quiz” definition: “A test of knowledge, especially a brief, informal test given to students.” If you HAVE NOT studied, followed directions, paid attention, but you HAVE copied other’s work and fiddled with your phone or talked instead of listening, then you probably DO NOT have very much knowledge. A low quiz score should be a wake up call, and I intend it that way.

If you are not following the “Classroom Expectations” from your syllabus, don’t bother whining about your grade.

YOUR BEHAVIOR in my classroom has the largest impact on what YOU GET out of being in my classroom.
